ArtSea1 Vacation Home is a newly renovated, cozy, colorful unit in the middle of Bradenton’s Village of the Arts walking distance winter home of Pittsburg Pirates … an artistic, colorful neighborhood full of fun, unique shops, art studios & cafes! Also, just a few blocks away is one of the largest “family friendly” breweries in Florida alongside LECOM Baseball Field.
Beautiful beaches like Cortez Beach, Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island and Siesta Keys are within driving distance..

The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community, home to galleries, studios, restaurants, bakeries, specialty shops and healing art centers housed in colorfully restored 1920s & 1930s historic cottages.
LECOM Park baseball field (spring training home of the Pittsburgh Pirates) is a block away, and downtown Bradenton and the Riverwalk, are within easy walking distance.
Pristine Beaches, Airport and other attractions are within short driving distance.

Artsy Area Dream

We enjoyed the property and its artsy surroundings. While we were there we were able to enjoy an Art festive in addition to our planned activities. Loved the layout of the house for the group that was there. Will be back.

It's a nice place in a nice neighborhood. I will say though that the owner complained about the smell of food after we left. I'm Hispanic we cook with spices and if the doors had screens on them I would have left them open but they don't so there is gonna be a smell.

Cute place/fine for what we needed.

We were only here for a short time and ended up needing to make our stay even shorter than we originally anticipated. The set up was nice and the place has everything we needed. The only minor issues was the master bedroom only had two beds pushed together instead of one big one. This was very mjnor and did not impact our stay any.
