MINIMUM STAY: 29 DAYS - Very comfortable 50ft wide canal home located in Islamorada close to Snake Creek Channel with easy access to the Gulf and Atlantic. Great fishing, lobstering, kayaking and diving. Concrete dock, fish cleaning station . 1.5 mile north of the world famous Holiday Isle Tiki Bar and less than 2 hours away from Key West. If you enjoy fishing, snorkeling, diving this is the perfect for you . Delightfully furnished for a comfortable stay. Excellent outdoor entertaining space, great for soaking in the hot tub, gazing at fish in the canal,
You could be rent the complete house with all the top of the line amenities to fully enjoy your stay. House like new with ocean decorations and a lots of extra!

Islamorada Paradise

We just spent the last two months at this lovely home on the canal. The home was recently renovated, it was modern and beautifully decorated! It has a great kitchen and a full outdoor kitchen as well. The home was well stocked with all of the kitchen tools and linens needed. We have spent two months in Florida for the last seven years and this is by far the nicest home we have rented. We felt right at home and would highly recommend it. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs and the lower level had a spacious one bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms, perfect for guests. The open breezeway became a favorite spot to hangout with a constant light breeze. There is easy access to the gulf and the ocean where the water is the bluest and most clear we have seen in Florida! It is located close to some of the best fishing ,snorkeling and scuba diving anywhere, as well as many restaurants and stores and Founders Park which has a nice beach. Thank you to our wonderful host’s Belkis and Ernesto who could not have been more accommodating! We are already looking forward to next year!!!

Highly Recommend, Couldn’t ask for anything more.

The House was Beautiful. It had all the amenities of home. The home owners were very nice and accommodating. If you have a boat they gave us a key to the dock to put the boat overboard, that was very helpful because we could walk back to the truck and trailer from the house. Very close to grocery store and shops and founder park was a wonderful place to go that we had access to. I really felt at home their and I hope to go back 🌴😎

Perfect location, perfect home

Our family was extremely pleased with this home, the location, all the amenities and the owners Ernesto & Belkis. They were so pleasant and easy to work with and were genuinely caring and quick to respond to our inquiries. Their home was impeccably clean and well cared for and quaintly decorated. It was home away from home for our family of three (mom, dad, teenage son) for a month and felt very comfortable. The upstairs home is where we lived mostly, but the downstairs apartment, with an open living/sleeping area was super convenient for the occasional day-guests to hang out and shower after a day of boating, etc. It was definitely helpful having the second bathroom downstairs, along with the washer/dryer and extra fridge. The downstairs patio area was perfect for barbecuing and just relaxing after a day of boating. The docking situation was very convenient for our boat (22.5 Robalo), with additional space to tie up a smaller boat or water toys. The home is very conveniently situated on a canal with quick access to the gulf, but is also conveniently located just a couple blocks from Overseas Highway, on a quiet street . The neighbors were quiet but very friendly. Within walking distance, we frequented the corner store and Craig's restaurant (excellent breakfast menu & boasts 'the best fish sandwich'). A new Publix supermarket recently opened a few miles south of this home, but the Winn Dixie shopping plaza is little closer and has a few restaurants (Dunkin Donuts, Great Wall of China, Overeasy) a liquor store , the movie theater & more. There are quite a few great restaurants all within a few miles. We would definitely consider renting this property again in the future. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a piece of tranquil paradise. It is perfect for a small family.

Florida Keys Paradise - Canalside

We rented this property for a year while we completed a local project and were thrilled with every aspect of the home, dockage, owners and neighborhood. The Owners were very good to work with and we had little to no issues with the house at all during our stay. Hurricane Irma came and went with no significant damage. The house is perfect for either one large family or by having the compete apartment downstairs it affords the ability to have a separate complete living space for a second family sharing a vacation together. The seawall and boat lift provide plenty of space for most boats. We often had two bay boats docked there with no issues. The breezeway downstairs provides an excellent place to spend with family and friends and the shade and cross-breeze make it very comfortable. The canal is very clean and the kids can catch mangrove snapper right off the seawall. Boating access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic is very convenient from the fully protected canal. The neighborhood is very safe and the neighbors are excellent. Parking is abundant, with plenty of room for your vehicles and your boat trailer. There is easy access to the local grocery store and the new Publix is just a few miles away to the South. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a canalside home in the Islamorada/Tavernier area.

Perfect spot for a gateway

We had a very good vacation. The house is exactly as described in the pictures, it is very spacious and spotless clean. The owner was gracious and attended to our needs, we felt at home since day one. Check in was very simple and we had no trouble arriving to the property.

The house is in a very good location, sits in a very quiet and tranquil neighborhood. The house is well maintained, and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. The supermarket is 5 minutes away.

Quiet and relaxing!!

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything we needed was available. The pictures online accurately represent the home and view. We spent a lot of time outdoors and downstairs. The neighborhood is very quiet and well located. The canal is really clean and very close to the bay and ocean. The owner takes excellent care of the house. The cable was out for a couple of hours but was taken care very promptly and resolved. I highly recommend this house for vacation !!
