5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 6000 sq ft Ranch home on 55 acres with fully stocked catch and release pond and 3 car garage. Sleeps comfortably 13 adults plus 2 full size mattresses and 2 twin mattresses as well as 3 blow ups some bedding provided, please bring extra blankets. Large sofa can sleep three additional. Over sized living area with view of lake with two over sized dining tables to seat 19. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with 3 ovens, two sinks, side by side fridge/freezer, gas range, washer and dryer. Outside entertaining area with covered patio, fire pit, gas and charcoal grill, and ample seating for all. Hammocks, swings for children, ping pong table, trampoline, basketball hoop, and air hockey table. Wood closet stocked with wood for winter. Fishing doc just off of patio fully stocked with bass, rock bass, and catfish catch and release please! Cattle grazing on property with barn onsite. Driveway parks up to 15 vehicles. Bars, restaurants and Liquor stores near by. This is great for family reunions and getaways with family and friends. Home is located only 45 minutes north of Dallas, TX, 30 minutes from Lake Texoma and Lake Ray Roberts. Perfect place to bring your boat to enjoy public lakes near by.

I can't say enough good about this home or the owners. We used it for out-of-town wedding guests, and they had such a great stay. They had everything...games, outdoor seating with firepit, fishing, you name it. Lots of space for guests to spread out and a well-appointed kitchen. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and kind. Would book again 10 out of 10 times.

The pictures definitely don’t do this place justice! The house is so amazing and feel like your right at home. The owner was easy to communicate with and made our stay wonderful. The stocked pond was enjoyed by all. Was peaceful to just sit out and enjoy the view over the pond. If you love the outdoors and want a place to feel comfortable and relax this is definitely the place to go!!! We loved it

Fantastic getaway for a big group or family

We had a group of 15 staying in the house (with ages from 10 to 72), and everyone was absolutely satisfied with the accommodations. Lots of fun things to do (pool table, ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, and cornhole), plenty of space in the kitchen and dining areas, and lots of lounging space in the living room. The outside was just as good, with plenty of seating on the covered patio plus our choice of grills and a smoker to cook on. But the biggest hit was the pond, which kept our kids entertained for days reeling in perch and bass. Even in the summer heat, we had a fantastic time. We will absolutely be looking to come back here for our next family gathering!

Pictures Don’t Do It Justice — Amazing!

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed and was perfect for hosting a large group with kids especially after long drives as there was something for everyone and the scenery was perfect. Very accommodating hosts with in-person check in. 10000/10 would recommend for wedding families

Awesome family gathering place!

The pictures do not do this treasure justice. It is immaculately and thoughfully kept. Families could stay here for days and not need to stray outside of the property. This place has it all-privacy, seclusion, activities, modern ammenities and lots of room inside and out!

This place was perfect for my sister's first big birthday party. The location was a getaway for the family. There were enough beds for the group and everything was comfortable. Family Reunion

We had a family reunion and used this property as a place to gather and be together. We really enjoyed the home. It is large enough to accommodate all of our family members. Great places to sit, talk and share as a family. Kitchen worked well for our food and meal plans. Catching bass, some quite large, at the very pond was an added treat!

My family wanted to come together and fellowship outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. A beautiful escape to the country

Our family met for a reunion at this 55-acre ranch located an easy drive just north of Dallas. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, which was great since there are many cooks in our family. The furnishings are beautiful and there was lots of space for the 10 children in our group. There are plenty of games for both kids and adults, including a pool table. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. She always responded quickly to questions. Everyone in our group agreed that we need to plan another get-together at this location.
