All new construction. All new furniture. Everything, but I mean everything is included. Bring the family and a toothbrush.

The house was decorated nicely, clean , nice bedrooms, comfortable bed and linens. It was perfect for our 2 night stay for a family visit. We had a little trouble with the lock on the front door . Maybe battery low. We will stay here the next visit to Sherman . Need a wine bottle opener.

It was a perfect location for our Spring Break trip. The house was beautiful, plenty of room and everything is brand new and convenient to the location. Felt comfortable and at home.Only thing, when we arrived, the beds were not made, towels on the floor and dishes were still dirty in the dishwasher. The host immediately responded and made it right. Andre was a great person to host this property and very understanding when we forgot some important items and had to return to the property. Overall, the property was amazing and would return another time!

This property was amazing. Very clean. Spacious. Alot of added touches that you don't always find in a property. You can tell they care about you having a good stay. The place is nicer in person than pictures portray. The bedding on the beds is awesome and very comfortable. We had some issues with WIFI while there but the host was very communicative and worked hard to try to resolve the issue. 10/10 would definitely book again!

Everything was amazing, the TV had different streaming services and accounts for the house to use. Little assortments of snacks, and a beautiful kitchen stocked with everything for making and saving your meals. The washer and dryer are huge! The placement is perfect for a quick run across town, or out to the local ponds and reservoirs. We had a wonderful Christmas- outside of family problems. I would recommend a few dark colored towels especially for families that stay. The white towels only are kinda nerve racking. The only little annoyance was the middle toilet runs after flushing, so you just have to press lightly on the handle to stop it. The home was perfect and we were very blessed to be able to stay.

This development is new and built by one of the best builders in the area. It is as close as you can get to the new factories for Texas Instrument, Global Wafers and many others who are relocating to the Sherman Tech Corridor.

What makes this property unique

Our property is a cul-de-sac with little traffic. It feels very roomy with lots of parking. The backyard is huge and could hold another house. So you and friends are welcome for special events. Weddings, graduation, Aniversaries and so on. We are experts at furnishing with high quality in all aspects. The house floor plan is great and nobody feels cramped. You can sleep over 10 adults and sit over 12. You will feel welcome.
