We have been hosting furnished rentals and corporate rentals for over 20 years. We have learn to setup a property where everything is included and all furnishing are top-notch. Locations are quiet and close to roads, shopping, hospitals and services. You will find this in our new Sherman addition.
Why they chose this property
This development is new and built by one of the best builders in the area. It is as close as you can get to the new factories for Texas Instrument, Global Wafers and many others who are relocating to the Sherman Tech Corridor.
What makes this property unique
Our property is a cul-de-sac with little traffic. It feels very roomy with lots of parking. The backyard is huge and could hold another house. So you and friends are welcome for special events. Weddings, graduation, Aniversaries and so on. We are experts at furnishing with high quality in all aspects. The house floor plan is great and nobody feels cramped. You can sleep over 10 adults and sit over 12. You will feel welcome.
