After years of renting homes in the Waterville Estates we finally found the perfect one which we were luckily enough to be able to buy and now have available for others to enjoy.

This home is less than two hours from Boston and being part of the Waterville Estates allows access to on-site skiing, hiking, indoor/outdoor pools, a swimming/ice skating/fishing pond, tennis, bars & restaurants, and usage of all that the resort-level amenities have to offer. 1 pass is included to enjoy the amenities complimentary and children under 8 do not require a pass. Day passes can be purchased for larger groups so no need to worry about bringing too many people to the rec center.

New to the rental market in May of 2016, the home is very well maintained and has undergone recent renovations in most of the rooms. The basement consists of a full bath, laundry room, a smaller bedroom with a twin bed and a larger bedroom with a bed that converts from two twins to a king (which includes a plush topper, middle filler strip and strap giving it the feel of a regular king). This room also has a pull-out couch and television with cable and can be used as a 2nd living/kids room.

Up one floor is the 1st level which is wide open featuring the kitchen, dining room, a ½ bath, and a large living room. This is the most impressive room with the most spectacular mountain views which can be seen from anywhere on the floor. It also has a wood stove, and a 60” TV with cable and a DVD player, video games, and back deck with a grill.

Up one level from there takes you to a large loft that has a pull out couch and pull out sofa for overflow/kids sleeping, a full bath and a large master bedroom with a queen bed. The loft also has a flight of stairs that takes you to a top floor that was finished in June of 2016 that is another larger bedroom with a queen bed and a small flip out couch that can sleep an extra child.

This home really has TONS of space and can be set up various different ways to accommodate groups of all sizes and dynamics. The loft and basement can be an extra hangout room for groups with children that want their own space and the pullout couches and futons allow for families to either all sleep together in the same room or spread out. We are also the very last unit in Ledgewoods which gives you much more privacy and also offers some great additional space to hang out and relax outside. Few of the Ledgewoods units have this amount of space and none of them have a private end unit with mountain views, it truly is the best setup in the area.

Sleds, tennis rackets, corn hole (bag toss), lawn darts (the safe kind), and other fun toys are at the condo so you can start having fun the second you step outside the back door. Movies, TV shows, cards and video games are set up in case you are looking for a little entertainment indoors. We try to include the things that we would appreciate a place having and help our guests minimize their packing needs. The washer/dryer is also available to help that cause as well.

This home is conveniently located just a few minutes from Rt. 93 so many of the local attractions are easily accessible. If you are looking to ski you are 10 miles from Waterville Valley (discounts are available to all staying in the WV Estates), 20 from Loon, 25 from Cannon, and so on. Skiing is also available on site for $20 for anyone staying in the Waterville Estates provided there is enough natural snow. There is also a bar and restaurant at the base of the mountain so you are able to watch the kids ski while you eat and stay warm!
