The land was amazing and I would have liked more time to walk around the pecan trees. We just had a quick stay here though so we didn't have the time. The house was very quaint and the old doors, knobs and house layout were really unique. There were no batteries in the remote but my daughter just downloaded an e-remote (who knew??) and we relaxed and had dinner. Thank you for a lovely stay!
The place was quiet and quaint. We were unable to stay like we planned with Helene but the iwner was very helpful and honest. place was just as advertized

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, location
Big dirty house with holes between doors and floor to the outside. Carpets dirty, sheets and pillow covers covered in detergent not completely rinsed. Mice droppings on the floor, hot water doesn’t work in one bathroom. Lights don’t work in one bedroom. Exterior doors don’t have actual door lock. Mice running around in the ceiling. Driveway is covered with grass and not easy to spot in the evening.

I’m sorry your stay was not up to par. We are always working to improve. The back door has been completely replaced, Astro has come and thoroughly inspected and patched under the house. We have had many good reviews since this one. We have asked the housekeeper to switch to liquid detergent. As for the carpet there are a couple stains in the one room that has carpet it is not dirty. We will be replacing it with hard floors soon.
