The property was clean, private, and very comfortable to stay in. It had everything we needed and more. We really liked the private outdoor area as well as the convenience of one of the bedrooms being on the first floor. We attended a wedding at Chateau Nouvelle and the property was very convenient for attending. When coming to Houston, I'll definitely stay here again.

Nice neighborhood!

The house worked out great for our stay. The courtyard was nice to enjoy the sun. The house had everything we needed for our long stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The manager stayed in contact throughout the stay and was very accommodating. This one is a winner!

We stayed for a week for the 2025 AAU Junior Olympics. A short 13-15 minute drive to CFISD Pool. The house is very nice and clean. Like any house that is lived in, there are a couple of things that need attention and I passed them on to the host. There was nothing that was going to make me want them to come out and fix immediately. It is located in a really nice neighborhood just a short walk to Cy-Champ and Legacy Oak Parks. A previous review stated that the beds were not queen size. I added a pic confirming that they indeed are queen size even though they seemed smaller than our queen beds at home. The garage is big enough for our GMC Yukon XL and should be able to fit another smaller vehicle in it without any issues. It is the last garage at the end of the alley so I had to do some wiggling to get out the first couple times. I always look at Google maps to see if the houses I’m thinking about renting is in a descent neighborhood. The pin that VRBO has is nowhere close on the map in my opinion. I added a satellite pic of its location. There is one big empty lot on the backside of it.

First timer

First time renting from Vrbo, had always stayed in hotels. Reservations process was fairly easy, I was sure I had put down two dogs. Reservation stated 3 adults, 1 child and pets. But when I received the confirmation email on the morning of my check-in date, it state 3 adults, 1 child and 1 pet. The listing allows 2 pets, so me thinking that includes my 2 dogs. I had contact the host and ask them about me having 2 dogs. I didn’t know that I had to pay 75 extra for my second dog. It wasn’t stated in the listing, about extra fees. Like I said, it was my first time renting from Vrbo or anything like it. The host told me to pay the 75 thru Zelle, which I did. It’s my fault for not reading the emails throughly , but it did say to NOT pay anything outside the Vrbo websites. The host did answer all my questions in a timely manner. The listing state 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was was we were looking for. But the beds were not queen size as advised, it was a full size. There was a wasps problem, probably a nest somewhere inside the house. I did mention it to the host, and they did request to send over a exterminator. I told them there was no rush, and maybe wait until we checked out in a few days. After telling them to postpone it, we saw a few cockroach. Not a big problem, honestly didn’t want to be bothered. You have to keep the fans or ac on, if not it get musty and sticky feeling. Overall, it was an okay experience. Host was very attentive

The professional found no signs of a wasp problem and indicated that the door may have been inadvertently left open at times, allowing a wasp to enter the house. We want to reassure you that we have never encountered a wasp issue before and have had no previous complaints in this regard, as we strive to keep our home safe and comfortable for all our guests. Additionally, we understand that comfortable sleeping arrangements are crucial for a pleasant stay. Our property is equipped with ALL queen-size beds to ensure that our guests have ample space for restful sleep. We believe that comfortable accommodations contribute significantly to a positive experience, and we strive to provide just that. We also want to clarify our pet policy, as we understand that there may have been some confusion. The listing clearly states that the pet fee is charged per pet, and we are committed to transparency in all our communications. Ensuring guests understand our policies is essential, and we continually work to make our listings as clear as possible. It is imperative to emphasize that our property is routinely treated for pests to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
