Great spot for kids and family

Property was very neat and clean and comfy. Caribe is overcrowded and no parking but the condo was amazing and worth the price.

Business meeting weekend

The property was beautiful. Lots of things the to do for our teenagers. Our condo was very nice and had been updated. Host was extremely nice. We didn't know how to work the TV and they called us and walked us through the process. We would stay here again!

Wonderful property, excellent owner!

This unit was very well appointed, clean, and stocked with all that we needed for a 5-night stay. We had a small snag with parking passes, but the owner responded quickly and remedied the issue. The icemaker in the wet bar area was not working, so the owner had bags of ice delivered to us while waiting on the replacement. We enjoyed the unit and would definitely rent from this owner again.

Perfect stay for our family

This rental was absolutely perfect! Brittany was so helpful and attentive. Any question we had, she would respond and make the stay more than perfect. The unit was large, clean, nice, and had plenty of space for our family. The balcony was so perfect. It was a peaceful view that we enjoyed anytime we were home. The pools there had plenty of space. The resort is gated with a guard so we felt safe and protected even though it was a safe area to begin with. The trolly made it convenient to get to the beach which wasn’t crowded at all! We went to watch dolphins at a cruise that was within walking distance of Caribe. We will be back for sure!

Flexible

We ran into a scheduling issue and contacted the host. They were quick to respond and allowed us to change our dates. We really appreciated this and loved the place. Not their fault but the river pool was closed as well as a couple of other things - that is the off-season issue but then again, we got a great rate so no complaints here. If I did have one thing I would have appreciated is if they had a travel-size shampoo/conditioner available just in case you didn't realize they didn't supply them.

great place, great location

The unit was very well appointed and the kitchen, den, and main room were perfect! Owners very polite and nice to work with. The only complaint is the idea of 2 master suites is a little misleading. The main master suite is large and comfortable with an ensuite bath. The second master is a small room with no space for a bedside table on one side and we both use CPAPS so no room to plug in. was a problem so one of us had to use the couch. The third BR has a bed and a daybed that are too large for the room making it impossible to open the closet. There is no bedside table in it (and no room for one). I think it would be better to list as one master suite..as we were 2 couples looking for similar type rooms.

The places went downhill since 2 years ago nobody cares what anybody does there in the evenings the

They do keep the property clean need some updates in the rooms just need more security nobody cares what you do there kids are taking over they're in charge the kids go to the pools do what they want to do and nobody cares they also need to monitor those slides more some kids got hurt from nobody monitoring it and no parents caring

Nice complex

We enjoy staying at the Caribe and we had a good time. The unit is clean and pretty well stocked. The issue we had was the third “double bed” is actually a trundle.

Great place, but eat before 6pm!

The condo and host were perfect. We loved the resort, but we were surpised when we checked in at 4, settled in by 5 , and went to enjoy the pool...except the on-site grill and bar closed at 6 and Cobalt wouldn't do takeout after 5. That was tough. Thank you to our hosts, who were very helpful throughout the trip. Because of them, we will be back!

Beautiful condo! (but needs some TLC)

This condo was beautiful and had most of what we were looking for! It does, however, need some extra cleaning and tlc. One room had dirty linens and comforter. Part of the master shower was broken and was just hanging off the shower wall. Several lights wouldn’t work including the switches for living room lights. We love the Caribe and will come again to the resort!

Short stay

Location was great, directions on how to get into property could have been a little more detailed. One of the keys didn’t work so we had only one. Coffee would be very beneficial to have to offer for guests staying for short times. Overall it was a great place and would love to come back and stay longer

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect, the view off of the extra large balcony is gorgeous and the resort overall was great! We enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats coming in and out from our balcony along with the many pools, water slides and mini golf. You couldn't ask for more. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for the week and communication with the owner was fantastic! We would definitely look into booking this condo again!

Great place to stay in Caribe

We have stayed in many condos in Caribe and this one is the most comfortably furnished. It looks out over the boat docks and you are sure to see dolphins, turtles, and jellyfish in the bay from the balcony. There are always people fishing as the sun rises and boats departing for sunset cruises. The kitchens are equipped to a standard and you can expect to have whatever you need to make your particular vacation dishes -- including a blender, wine opener, potato peeler, strainer, good knives, etc. The beds are nicely furnished and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. There is an ice machine onsite for filling coolers. There is a gift shop in Building B now. There are 2 fitness rooms with a good stretching machine in B. There is a snack bar in Building C. They were doing some work on the pools and restrooms, but there are several pools and restrooms to resort to.

Perfect trip!

The property was perfect! Clean, well stocked, perfect coastal decor and comfortable furniture and beds! It fit our girls week perfectly. Location was great - close to pool with slides and lazy river. Walked along the water to cobalt for dinner. We had a great weekend. Communication was great w owner!

Perfect family vacay

This is our second time at Caribe and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the resort. It is perfect for kids of all ages, I have 3 teenage boys and they were constantly entertained while there. You never have to leave your resort if you don’t want to and they have thought of everything making it so easy. Our condo location was perfect, you can watch all the boats come in, dolphin watch and even see a manatee! Our condo was cozy and had all the amenities you could need, and the owner was extremely easy to work with and made everything seamless! 10 out of 10 would totally recommend and come back!
