Hilton Hotel is not a resort hotel

Very few facilities for guests. Bar is in the restaurant, which is often very noisy and you feel expected to eat! Beverage service at pool is expensive with hidden transportation charge on top of service, tax.

Everything seemed smooth at check-in initially, but when I went to the room they assigned me, it wasn't cleaned as the trash/take-out was on the counter and bed wasn't made and had obviously been slept in. The room I paid for was a King room with a view and they only had Queen rooms left. I was staying alone so it would've been nice to have the King room and I likely could've gotten cheaper accommodations by purchasing a Queen room there or somewhere similar. It wasn't the end of the world, and the hotel was apologetic, just some unfortunate timing, I suppose.

Hilton in Naples

Great location! Multiple public beach access points within a mile walk/drive/bike. There’s also a shuttle at clam pass that takes you down the boardwalk. Everything was clean and staff was so pleasant.

5 day stay

The property is beautiful and meticulously clean. Housekeeping did a sporadic job meaning glasses were removed and we had to request replacements, limited towel replacement some days and no plastic liners for the ice bucket some days. Otherwise service was great and staff very friendly.
