We had a wonderful stay at Peter’s apartment. The communication was quick and clear, the place was spotless, and everything matched the description perfectly. The terrace was beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Large apartment with the benefit of underground parking. Excellent communication/information from the host. The only negative is some of the fixtures are a little tired ie a kitchen drawer was broken but it was still excellent value for money.

We had a lovely time, the apartment was great, everything we could possibly need, lots of crockery and home comforts. Host was very helpful and friendly before and during the stay. Just what we needed.
Enjoyable stay, Clean and tidy. Further out from places than we are used to. Pool closes 31st August.

Great size apartment
Great size spacious apartment, lots of space and lovely pool.
Bus stops at bottom of the hill, easy to get to fuengirola and Marbella
We had a lovely stay. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of hot water for everyone (we were group of 7)Host was very attentive and helpful with directions prior to our stay and added extra bed for toddler.The only negative was listing says there is BBQ at the property but there wasn't one .Apart from that we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property.Thank you for having us Peter.
Great apartment which, was very well equipped. Lovely view from the terrace and pretty easy to get to other places by bus.
On reflection, I should have hired a car as some of the hills were quite challenging at my age.
Peter was a great host and responded to every enquiry very quickly.
Will definitely be booking against next year.

-Needed to pay extra 60€ per week for 3rd bedroom, which is so small only bunk beds fit inside.
-No heat in any bedrooms.
-Listing stated access to a safe and grill, but neither were available.
-Very tight eating area.
-Need a car to get anywhere, as location remote.
+Bathrooms we’re “great” with lots of water pressure & hot water.
+Kitchen was well equipped.
+Living room/lounge was comfortable.

Hi Thanks for your review and your comments I can confirm that you only booked for minimal occupancy and the advert says that to release 3 rd bedroom you must book for a minimum of 5 people that is why you have to pay the extra amount ,advert also says it has bunk beds in it. . There are 3 forms of heating in the flat, two are portable to provide extra heating if required in bedrooms at no extra cost and I am told you used all of these. There is also a brand new over and grill in apartment so I am confused by your comment. Also the exact location of apartment is detailed on website and it’s not beachfront as you we’re expecting Pete

Wonderful apartment for our family
My husband, myself and our two children (10 & 12) had a lovely week here. The apartment was very well presented and was very clean. It is comfortably furnished and had everything we could need, the children thought the tv system was amazing and did take a little persuasion to leave it! The complex is kept lovely and the pools are great, even in October, when it seemed a very peaceful place to pass a few hours. Cabopino beach is just a short drive away and we spent most nights at the restaurants around the Dona Lola resort, about 10 minutes drive away, where we had some amazing meals.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Peter's apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable, relaxing holiday and would look to book again should we be in the area. Thanks, Peter, for trusting us with your home.

Was a little sceptical due to the very reasonable price, however upon arrival found the apartment to be very pleasant and had everything we needed. The host Peter has been great with communication and going the extra mile with recommendations for local spots to visit. Only a short trip from Fuengirola or Marbella or a short walk to local beaches and a couple of bars and restaurants. The apartment is on a hill but nothing more than a couple of minutes exercise to walk up. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 pools were closed during our stay due to Spanish government decisions to not allow filling yet. Had that not been the case the stay would have been perfect as the pools there are beautiful. All in all though it’s an ideal spot for a quiet family getaway in the sun with the option to venture out or just stay by the pools or balcony. Thank you very much.

We had an amazing week at this apartment and we were all very sorry to leave! Pete was so helpful sending us information before we arrived to assist us during our stay. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful and was immaculately clean: the sofas and bathrooms have also been updated since the photos were taken. The photos don't do it justice! The apartment is really close to the pools so we managed to fit in a dip each day around our exploring. There were lots of local bars and restaurants to choose from. The apartment is up a steep hill from the beach but we did walk down one evening rather than using the hire car despite the heat of the heatwave! The underground parking also helped to keep the car cool ready for our long drives! Thank you so much Pete. We had a fantastic holiday and would love to stay again some time!
We stayed in apartment for the month of August -and we absolutely loved it had a great time various family members came and went too of all ages (13-80) so pros -the apartment is well equipped and can accommodate 4 adults easily -the bathrooms are lovely with walk-in showers -the pool is a stones throw from apartment but they don’t have sun beds! the complex is always clean and well maintained - there is air con in lounge area only (fans in bedrooms) the balcony and view were lovely
Bedrooms were okay for four the main bedroom is large the second bedroom is a twin room good size and the bunk beds room is tiny but good for storage
Cons -air con is needed in bedrooms, the fans only circulate hot air, the apartment is a nice neighbourhood and is 5 mins downhill to supermarket-but very steep uphill coming back (not for disabled) you are about 20mins walk to nearest bar and Resturant down hill and bus stops which take you every where cheaply - and about 25-30min walk to Cabopino Beach -we did have a car but found it hard to park near beach so got Ubers everywhere which was €9 euros to beach and back from restaurants nearby and €33 one way to Marbella Puerto Banus
So if you aren’t able to walk far or up steep hills a car or taxi would be needed
Overall -it’s was great for everyone that came and they are all had a lovely time -I would highly recommend this apartment and may even do it again!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen: sauber, groß, gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 Badezimmer, davon eins mit Badewanne, sehr gute Klimaanlage, die gut gewärmt hat und zusätzlich ein kleines, mobiles Heizöfchen.Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit schönem Garten und großen Pools, die wir aber im Januar natürlich nicht nutzen konnten.Die Tiefgarage hat einen Aufzug nach oben zu den Wohnungen, sehr praktisch.Block K, in dem unsere Wohnung lag, war zunächst schwierig zu finden, da in der Straße nur Block D deutlich zu sehen war. Man muss wissen, dass dort an Block D die Einfahrt zu Block K ist und gleich die erste Tiefgarage geradeaus die passende, nicht die an Block K anschließende.Das ließ sich aber klären.Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

J'ai passé 7 nuitée avec ma femme et ma fille de 4 ans, la communication avec PETER le propriétaire ete bonne et réactive, la maison ete propres.
Point d'amélioration, vaut mieux avoir des serviettes blanches ca donne une idée claire sur leurs état de propretés ;)
Nous avons passés de superbes vacances dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé pour visiter les environs. Comme dit dans l’annonce, ne perdez pas votre temps à en chercher un autre, si les dates sont disponibles, foncez, vous ne le regretterez pas
Sehr schöner Apartment sowie die Lage, ruhig und gemütlich,man kann sich entspannen und Urlaub genießen. Wir waren ganz froh und glücklich dort zu sein. Gerne kommen wir noch Mal wieder. Ein ganz herzlichen Dank.
