26 Ocean Point is a wonderfully renovated home that is a pure joy for family groups and golfers looking for a fabulous Wild Dunes Resort Vacation! Located in the exclusive private community of Ocean Point, 26 Ocean Point offers you and your family three beautiful bedrooms with three full baths. Ideally located on top of an ancient sand dune, 26 Ocean Point has a commanding view over a natural lagoon and the World-Famous Links Golf Course practice range. To enjoy this view, 26 Ocean Point features two large screen porches with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the beauty of the Island. Another huge advantage of 26 Ocean Point is its proximity to the Ocean Point Swimming Complex, which features not only a great swimming pool but also one of the two community hot tubs in Wild Dunes.

Beach access is easy from 26 Ocean Point and is located just at the bottom of the dune between the 17th Green and 18th Tee Box. Once on the beach, you will find plenty of sand and room to relax since access to this end of the island is only granted through the Ocean Point and Ocean Club private communities.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Nice house!
Overall, this was a great place to stay for the week. Beds are comfy & kitchen is well stocked! The five things that need attention are the garage door, Keurig coffee maker, the toaster, the kitchen trash can lid & one of the red hand pot holders. The garage door doesn’t close; it was open when we got there & when we pushed the button to close it, nothing happened.The Keurig needs to be descaled or possibly replaced. Grounds were in 4 of 5 cups and the descale light came on the last morning we were there. The toaster is also in need of replacement; it barely toasts bread, even on the highest setting. The trash can lid can be semi-repaired and it will work for a few openings, but it ultimately needs to be replaced. One of the red hand pot holders has a hole in the crease between the thumb & pointer finger. I discovered this while pouring boiling water into the sink because I got burned. If these things were repaired, we would stay there again!

Great house with view pond
We loved our stay at this Ocean Point home. We've stayed at multiple houses in Ocean Point and decided that we like the views of the pond more than the ocean side. The house was a good size for our small family and well remodeled and equipped. The main and upper level screened porches were a nice touch too. We'll keep this house in mind again for any future visits!

Nice house with updates needed
While this house is nicely updated with decor and furnishings and is convenient to a beach and the pool, there are a lot of details that were disappointing. 1. The master bedroom is very nice and spacious with private deck however the second bedroom is about 1/3 to 1/2 the size with a small bathroom that has ZERO counter space and no towel hooks for hand towels or additional towels. There is one hook on the back of the door which led us to wet towels everyday and constant washing and drying of towels. The counter space is so inconvenient that you cannot have toiletries in the bathroom or things will fall in the toilet or break on floor. 2. The house has to be kept at 72 degrees which left the first floor like a steam bath and the second bedroom constantly so hot you would sweat at night and getting ready. 3. The beach by the house is convenient but not nice and we only used once. The pool while very close was not well cleaned and we had to spend 20 minutes skimming dead bugs and animals the few times we went. 4. The bunk room is great but so mall and cramped the door would not close and get stuck on a bunk bed if you tried (makes it tough with kids going to bed early). 5. There is not anywhere to hang towels or bathing suits outside on the first floor after coming home from beach. If none of these things are important to you, this house is fine. I would say not to have more that one family staying here or plan to have a very disappointing experience for those in the second bed/bath.

Almost perfect
The property was very clean. The gas grill was dirty and two of the burners waere not working very well. The screens on the porch could have been cleaner.
