Christmas in Fountain Hills

Beautiful home for our stay in Fountain Hills. Home is even nicer than the pictures. We will definitely stay here again.

House was great. They need to add extra towels for bathrooms. There was only one towel for master. Found 3 extra down in laundry

I have never had such a horrible experience traveling as I have had with the owner of this home. There was absolutely NO communication from them at all. I called and left 2 to 3 different voicemail with instructions on how to get ahold of me via phone or email. Not only was I trying to contact them Expedia was also trying to contact them on my behalf. Expedia also left messages with contact information. The day of our so called booking with them they canceled while we were sitting in their driveway waiting for instructions on how to enter the home. Their reason was “lack of communication” unbelievable! The lack of communication was on their part not mine or Expedias. So if you read this and come across this home through VRBO keep looking for something else. I’m sure after all this Expedia will no longer advertise this home on their site.
