Very clean, comfortable property. The view of the mountains is beautiful, especially at sunset. The property is stocked very well with essentials for cooking, etc. The host was very responsive on check-in and any communication.

Overall we gave the house in Fountain Hills five stars because of its cleanliness, attractiveness, and close proximity to the events we wanted to attend. The kitchen was well appointed and immaculate. We were there for our son’s ASU graduation and stayed four nights. We would definitely go back!

The management group was very responsive to questions, inquiries and requests. Have not had such favorable communication with management groups before. The place was clean and well kept. A very quiet area and a relaxing stay.

Great home in a great locaton

We have stayed in many homes in Fountain Hills and this is by far our favorite! Clean and well maintained, super quiet, and sunrise views. Hot tub and bbq area are a great bonus! We will definitely be back.

Very clean and roomie home. Hot tub was a perfect 104 degrees, though only a two seater.Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including plenty of dishes, utensils, aluminum foil, baggies, etc. Garage was nice - including the use of a remote during our visit. Great communication via the app. Always prompt.

Very nice view from the front and secluded bakyard. The location was very convenient for golf and shopping. The home was very spacious and comfortable and the Mgmt company was very helpful with check in assistance. We would stay here again.

Nice place in quiet neighborhood

The place was well kept and had all the kitchen gadgets you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room in the home. Big TVs that worked well. Excellent views from the front patio. Little bit of a challenge finding the third bedroom, but it’s a nice room. Would stay here again.

The reservation was booked for 2 guests and there were 6 towels left in total. We apologize about the tv, if this was raised during the stay, we could have sorted it out and as for the parking, we never had issue from the previous guest, if this was raised during the stay, we could have checked it and see what we can do. Nonetheless, we appreciate you pointing these out and we'll make sure to note this for a better service in the future.

Beautiful view

This was a great place to relax. The back patio area was very beautiful with beautiful plants and many many birds to enjoy. The house was spacious and clean. We loved the hand bars in the bathrooms. The walk-in shower in the master was nice. The tub shower could've used a hand rail. Over all a very nice property.

Golf holiday with 2 couples

Great place to stay. Quiet neighbourhood and central to where we wanted to be. Communication with the property manager was good. We did note that the second bathroom could use some written instructions on "how" to use the shower. It is not straightforward, but we did manage to get it working. Hopefully, this is something that they will add to the instructions in the house. Overall, this was a great place for us to stay while golfing in Arizona.
