Fantastic Host / Exceptional Home

Rob went above and beyond any expectations we had when we decided to rent his amazing home. The location was just perfect for exploring Wilmington and Rob made us feel that we were welcomed guest. He provided everything we needed and some pleasant surprises to make this a relaxing stay.

Wonderful Wilmington Oasis

This was such a wonderful place to stay. Everything was so well kept, clean and beautiful. Charming front porch was great to enjoy in the mornings and there was a beautiful backyard as well. Location was great for downtown Wilmington or getting to the beach. The communication and information was great and I’d stay here again. Thank you for the great spot!

Wilmington Getaway

What a perfect location! Short drive to the beach, and walking distance to downtown. The house itself was impeccable. Well decorated, very comfortable, and everything you could need was handy. Rob communicated clearly and checked in several times to ensure we had everything we needed. Couldn't recommend this property more.

Lovely home in Wilmington's historic district

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Rob's beautiful home in Wilmington; we will absolutely be coming back! The house is so thoughtfully decorated with tons of little touches to make you feel right at home. The location is also fantastic — just a short walk to a cool yoga studio, nice restaurants, great cafe, and several shops. We brought our bikes and loved biking around exploring the neighborhood and seeing all of the beautiful historic homes in downtown Wilmington. Everything else was just a short drive away, SO conveniently located! Rob was also super friendly and responsive; he quickly answered any questions we had and was just the perfect host overall. His place receives my highest recommendation — book it if you can!

Everything was great. The house is a gem, the location convenient and the whole stay was just easy and relaxing. I loved the choice between the privacy of the adorable backyard and enjoying the neighborhood from the front porch. Definitely will return!
