Very comfortable

The property was very clean, very comfortable (particularly the beds) with a very well equipped kitchen with various pots and pans as well as plentiful cleaning supplies. The neighborhood is quiet but minutes away from route 22 with stores/restaurants. We never went into Pittsburgh but I would say it is only 20 minutes away with good traffic. I highly recommend and would love to go back if I return for another extended time.

EXCELLENT HOME

This is a great accommodation. I have stayed here before and it meets our needs in a superb way. I have no complaints. The internet connection is very adequate to support all of our required electronic devices, iPhones, IPADS, laptops, etc. Food supplies such as spices, coffee, BBQ sauce etc were there and ready to be used. Due to the stairs this not a place for some types of special needs. Off street parking was adequate for us and an occasional visitor. The bed in the master BR was comfortable with enough pillows and covers to satisfy. The neighborhood is very quiet so that sleep is never interrupted. Electrical outlets are standard in number but inadequate to support all of the elctronic gadgets we travel with but home depot is a short drive away where strip outlets are available. The rental comes with one key but it turns out we needed two. For a $2.00 investment, we made an additional one which we turned in at the end. I dislike the dining room chairs and the matching table (height). We have lived very nicely with the dining room set for two visits and would not let this be a show stopper for renting again. All in all, this is a home away from home in every sense of the word.

Nice place, Convenient location

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The home is clearly newly renovated and nicely done. House is located near main roads, but was not on a busy street. We did notice ants at the doorway to the main entrance. Also, I didn’t see any baking sheets, which would have been nice.

VERY WELL THOUGHT OUT

Everything we thought we would need in a home was present in this rental. The only area that presented only a very slight problem was snow removal. Snow cover didn’t stay down that long that it would have been an inconvenience. A friend stopped by and shoveled the driveway for us.

A good place to stay in Pittsburgh

My wife, son, and I really enjoyed the home. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to main highways to go into the city (we attended a Pirates game and a Steelers game) and also to go touring. The home was immaculate and a good size for us. It had been renovated not long ago and was very attractive and well kept. We recommend it.

Great location. Completely remodeled house in a nice and safe neighborhood. Everything was as expected. Nice porch for summer evenings. Would definitely stay again.
