Old Hotel converted in hundreds of studios
the positive part is the pickleball courts, specially the Wimberly Park, where the people are very nice. Close to Publix and you can get all necessary to eat if you don't want to expend money in restaurants. There is an Italian bakery around the corner, which has amazing sandwiches and cappuccinos but very pricy. it was a good experience but nothing to come back with family and friends. Next time I should look at for an apartment closer to the Pompano beach.The studio is an old room of a huge hotel complex, the central pool, which nobody uses create a nice picture but i didn't feel confident to use it. the elevator is old and smelly, I decide to use the stairs. Parking is huge but people who park close to the entrance are very bad drivers and I have issue to park safety, since the slots are for tiny car but not for SUVs.Michael the owner was very communicative and something that was impossible to resolve was the speed of the WIFI, it is not a wide band high speed WIFI and if you plan to stay and work, this is s huge limitation.
