The house itself was good, totally adequate and what we needed. Only issue is that I didn't receive check-in information (despite asking) until we had been waiting at the property. There is a door with a lock pad but a code wasn't sent to us until we rang both doorbells many times, sent messages in the app, and called the host a couple times. I even had to connect with customer support as I wasn't hearing back from the host.

Listed as air conditioned. Disappointing on our 90 degree day to find 3 wall conditioners in bedrooms which only two could be run at a time because it would throw the breakers. Whole downstairs with one unit just in dining room. Not adequate. No face cloths or hand towels were provided. Just one hand towel hanging in each bathroom. One dish towel.Stools in kitchen were too high for the counter top. No other place to sit in kitchen.Lighting in living room was poor. One pole lamp with a burnt out bulb.Beds were comfortable. Tv in one bedroom did not work.Place was adequate., but lacking.

Lovely space in Hartford CT

Generally a LOVELY home in a nice neighborhood, fairly easy to find, the one way block was weird, but ok. We very much appreciated the motion sensor light on the front porch that turned on when (and only when) someone comes onto the porch. We also loved the artwork and the many fun plants. THANK YOU!!!!
