Beautiful modern home with a super fun game room in the basement! Generously stocked with coffee and other supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Close to a vibrant downtown area and OHare airport. Excellent communication with the owner too. We had a wonderful family trip and highly recommend this awesome Vrbo.

It was clear that house was owned by a private equity firm and it was handled like a business. We had a multi month stay and only asked once for it to be cleaned once, and they charged us for the cleaning. Meanwhile, they would’ve paid for five or six cleanings themselves between normal stay guests.They did a good job renovating the house they bought though.

An Amazing Place

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The place was great! Nice quiet neighborhood, minutes away from great restaurants! The house was stocked with plenty of amenities, from dishes to toothbrushes to batteries! If you needed something it probably had it. Very clean and great atmosphere! We enjoyed ourself so very much!

Game Room fun during time of sadness

We chose to stay @ Marta's because we were coming in for a funeral and knew we'd need some levity during our stay and Marta's place delivered! Not only was the game room a great distraction/reprieve, the location within a mile from DT Arlington Heights gave us a number of dining options that allowed us to keep our hearts/minds focused on our bereavement. Such a great place to stay in times of joy and sorrow!

Marta is an amazing host. She is an excellent communicator, the house is beautiful (and clean!) and we all commented that this was the most well-stocked property we have ever rented. She has thought of everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent 4 night stay for 2 families who needed a comfortable base to be together and visit and explore the Chicago area! This property is in a quiet neighborhood with a park directly behind it! It was beyond clean, truly 5 star quality and so organized with everything we could want or need. The 5 kids aged 7-15 lived in the "Game Cave" when we were all at the house relaxing. We were two families coming from Germany and Michigan who needed a place for all 9 of us to visit and enjoy each others' company and this was the most perfect place! We will definitely request this property again when we are visiting the area. Thank you Marta for this wonderful and comfortable stay for our families!
