Perfect location. Beautiful interior. Prime access to downtown. Our experience at fire tower was wonderful. The unit looks better in person than it did on pictures which is a rare find. Checks the boxes: Clean, comfortable, fun! If you want to be close to all that downtown has to offer this is your place. The ambience is lively & the rooftop patio created a peaceful setting to enjoy the spring breeze and enjoy the night. Luxury, exclusivity, and privacy.

We’re blushing over here! 😊 It sounds like you really made the most of our “perfectly located” little slice of paradise. The housekeeping team will do a happy dance hearing how clean and comfy everything was. Can’t wait to welcome you back for another breezy rooftop evening!
Very cute and great location. We loved the outdoor space, and convenience to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay in the Fire Tower again!

We’re thrilled you enjoyed the Fire Tower and especially the outdoor space. Being close to all the shops and restaurants really makes it easy to soak in Charleston, doesn’t it? We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
This property is in a great location if your goal is to be close to the nightlife and party scene. The home itself was clean, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. That said, for a group of moms hoping for a relaxing girls’ weekend, it ended up being a much louder stay than expected. The nearby music was extremely loud late into the night — the windows were literally shaking until around 2 AM, and one night the DJ started back up again until nearly 3 AM. Unfortunately, none of us got much sleep all weekend.Additionally, the smaller bedroom’s bed was quite uncomfortable, and the box spring appeared to be broken, which made sleeping even more difficult.Overall, if you’re looking for a lively, nightlife-centered location, this may be a great fit. But if your goal is rest and relaxation, just be aware that the noise level at night will make that challenging.

Thank you for sharing your experience - we really appreciate the detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear the home was clean and that communication with our team was excellent throughout your stay; our housekeeping team takes pride in their cleanliness so that is wonderful to hear! We’re sorry the noise impacted your ability to rest comfortably. Being in a vibrant downtown area does mean there will be some city and nightlife sounds, but many of our guests love the convenience of being able to walk everywhere right from the home. We also appreciate you bringing the issue with the smaller bedroom bed to our attention and will have it inspected. Thank you again for staying with us.
Perfect location. A little noisy at night but that is because people are having a good time. Amazing adaptive reuse of the site and building. Parking across the street if fine. Comfortable and smart furnishings. Will come again.

So LOUD!!!
Yes, the review states there would be street noise. However, we did not realize the condo was next door to a bar that had a live DJ from 9 until 2am. The single paned windows and the white noise were no match for the sound system downstairs. They also didn’t minimize the noise of the trash truck at 5am. This would be a great spot if you’re going to Charleston to party-the location can’t be beat-but if you’re there for a relaxing weekend, beware. Also, be careful to arrive before dark. The driveway to 9.5 Cannon (loading/unloading) was so difficult to find! Then the code we were given to get in at that location did not work. It didn’t take long to get in touch w/management (15 min or so), but there were several codes we were given that did not work. We got tired of calling/texting for help and just walked around the block to the gate that we were able to open. The parking was another bit of confusion. There is “guaranteed” parking in the lot across the street. We were there on a big party weekend and there were zero spots left. I asked the management company if there was an assigned spot (there is not) or if we just have to wait until someone leaves. It wasn’t clear that they knew the answer. Finally, after about 45 minutes we got lucky and found a spot. Keep the ticket you get when you enter the garage- to get out, enter that ticket first, then the voucher left in the condo. Also, pack light. The spiral staircase was terrifying with a not-too-heavy bag.

Holly, thank you for the review and sorry to hear you had some issues. Our other guests have not experienced any noise disturbances. The bar you are referring to has been closed for several months. There may have been a one off private event but we did not hear anything from the other 5 neighboring rentals that were all occupied. As for parking and codes there was confusion on your end. The gate code worked without issue after you reported it, user error I am afraid. The parking garage will always have spots for our guests. There are 20 spots allocated and the garage will not sell them. There were additional levels to the garage you missed. Please reach out next time if any issues come up and we will be happy to walk you through everything. Come back sometime soon :)
