At home, relax on the 850 square foot wrap-around deck or huddle around the fire pit in this tranquil Adirondack paradise with a large yard surrounded by woods, providing a natural curtain for privacy. Hungry? Fire up the 4-burner gas grill and enjoy dinner on the patio set.

Indoors, an open floor plan fosters quality time with family, friends and pets too! You will love the all-glass vaulted sunroom with a large sectional couch and wooden accents by local Adirondack artisans. Oversized windows bring the outside in with abundant natural light and full scale views of the landscape.

The spacious, fully functioning, contemporary kitchen is a chef’s delight. Adjacent to both the sunroom and dining area, it has an eat-in bar area with plenty of counter space. It comes complete with refrigerator, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, pots and pans as well as service for 10 people. Prefer more formal dining? Set the long, mission-style dining room table with seating for eight.

Kick back in the living room on the large reclining sectional sofa in front of a fieldstone gas fireplace. Watch your favorite shows on the 49" Smart LED TV or pipe your favorite tunes throughout the house with the state of the art stereo system. Xbox 360 Kinect, board games and cards are family room essentials, provided for fun-filled game nights.

Enjoy a sound sleep on any one of the 5 brand new queen size mattresses/beds. Spoil yourselves in the master bedroom with walk-in closet, private entry to the deck and a full bath with Jacuzzi tub. The 2 additional bedrooms, one of which has a vaulted ceiling, are exceptionally spacious, contain two beds each and share a full bath. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

An additional half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor. Iron and ironing board are provided to satisfy remaining laundry needs. Two car garage and long driveway provide ample guest parking.

Truly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful home in Lake. George would not change a thing. The house was absolutely beautiful. Mid-March 3 Day Getaway

The house has a great layout & yard, and proximity to down town Lake George / other nearby locations. Also an easy drive to Gore Mountain, which was a key part of this trip for us. The owners are responsive, and have put together a great place for visit. An excellent place for a visit during any season of the year.

Family Vacation at Lake George

Fantastic Property, great area, and relaxation. This area and property are excellent for all activities. Very versatile area and excellent hosts. Wonderful Family Time

Celebrating Dad’d birthday!

We were so impressed with the layout of the house- very lovely, comfortable & well organized. It had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be a raised toilet at least in the master. Being so close to the village, but feeling so secluded was the best of both worlds. It was everything we were hoping for & we will definitely book this property again

Best Girls Weekend Getaway!

We had a group of 10 ladies book this property for a mom's getaway and this was PERFECT. Everything was so clean and organized and the house and property were a dream. The house is just minutes from shopping and restaurants and the home had all the amenities needed for us to escape for the weekend without any bother. I highly recommend this location!

Perfect Getaway

We vacationed here with 4 adults and 2x 2.5 year olds, and it was the perfect location for us. Super close to Lake George Village, minutes away from pretty much anything you could need. The house is lovely, clean, big, and just private and secluded enough to feel like you're away from everything. The central air is a huge plus, and the house was stocked with basically everything we needed to make our meals (kitchen tools/accessories). Overall we had a great trip, and definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Lake George Getaway

Beautiful home, great location

We had such a nice, relaxing weekend in Lake George. Debbie was very easy to communicate with and her home was absolutely gorgeous. Not far from the village and a 15 min drive from Bolton Landing. Our dog had a blast in the fenced in yard. We will definitely be back!

Spring Getaway

We had a perfect weekend. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The house was immaculate. The location and fenced in yard was great for stargazing and morning coffee. We enjoyed nightly fires. All local attractions were just a short drive away and we got many great ideas from the previous guests that wrote in the guestbook. We were sad to leave and hope to be back!

Wedding Weekend

Our daughter was getting married at the Fort William Henry. We had several family members coming from out of state. We decided to stay at this house because it was very close to the venue yet it was out of town and private. We needed a dog-friendly place too! This home was everything we needed. The bedrooms were very large, and the main living area had several areas to sit, relax and visit. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Excellent Dance-cation!

1st time to Lake George~visited for a dance competition. This home was perfect! So clean, cozy, and convenient! Two families had plenty of privacy and space to be altogether! Close to the village with plenty to do for all ages! House was equipped with everything we needed! Great fenced yard for the dog too! Lake George Visit

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful house in Lake George. Visiting in December was perfect, the town is quite, the outlets nearby for shopping and some very nice restaurants were open. This house has everything you need and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We enjoyed the dinning room area for playing games in the afternoon. Fireplace worked out for us because it was cold out in December. Being able to use the garage was also a plus as it was pretty snowy when we first arrived. Debbie made sure everything worked out for us, she is a pleasure to work with. If you stay at this house one restaurant you need to try is LeRoux Bistro on Route 149 headed to Fort Ann. It is Excellent!! Debbie thanks we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again. George and Cindy

We were visiting the area for a family wedding. Instead of boring hotel rooms our family opted to stay at this lovely home, and we were not disappointed. As the home is pet friendly, we were able to bring our four-legged family members with us - which we truly appreciated! The home is in a beautiful private setting. The spacious kitchen, living rooms, and dining table allowed our family to relax, enjoy meals, and play games before the wedding. The bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. Everything was well kept and clean. I especially LOVED that all the light switches were labeled so we did not have to go through the trouble of figuring out what is what. I could go on and on about this beautiful home. We appreciate the owner's communications with us and allowing us to have our pets stay with us. It felt like home! Many thanks!

We love the outdoors, lake and mountain areas in particular, and crave time away from the congestion of suburban life.

Why they chose this property

Debbie has been going to Lake George since she was 9 years old, camping with her family in their RV and since that time it has been like a second home. It was always a dream of hers to own a house in Lake George. Then about 4 years ago she introduced Lake George to me (Sue) and I instantly fell in love with the area as well.

We would hop in our car and run to Lake George any chance we would get, all year long. After years of toying with the idea, we finally decided to make our dream a reality and purchase a house of our very own! We are excited to build upon the cherished memories we have already created in Lake George and to share this opportunity with others.

What makes this property unique

This property is just beautiful, peaceful and very conveniently located. It has the best of all worlds. Quiet and peaceful yet close enough to the action. It has a true Adirondack feel along with all the modern amenities to which we have become accustomed.

We fell in love with this house. We especially liked the very open floor plan, the large wrap-around deck, high ceilings, the sunroom which is made almost entirely of windows, the sizable kitchen with eat-in bar area, the fireplace, large bedrooms, Jacuzzi tub, private setting, we could go on and on...
