This property was an excellent choice for downtown Dallas. The instructions were clear and communication was great. Had a tiny hiccup with the parking spot but called the host and he fixed it right away. The ease of coming and going was great and walking distance to some Dallas high lights. Rooftop pool was amazing!

The apartment itself was very nice with a great view of the city. The common areas of the building were less nice and in need of servicing. The apartment was well stocked if you wanted to cook but there were many great restaurants you could get to with a short walk, even just crossing the street. You could walk to many sites, the Thanks-giving park, farmers market, pioneer park and of course the eyeball. The host was responsive and provided directions for each step. Parking was tight for our truck but doable.

This stay was great. Right in the heart of downtown Dallas. The free parking in that area was a true savings. View and host were also amazing. We go to Dallas frequently. Definitely will be back.

If you need to stay in downtown Dallas - this location is a great option! Check in/out were super easy and the host was very clear and helpful with instructions. Everything was explained very clearly and there were no issues! The view of the skyline is excellent - drinking my coffee and eating leftover bbq while looking out the enormous windows was a great way to spend the morning. There are great restaurants surrounding this property and it is walking distance to many sites. The property is spacious and private and the pool was a great amenity, highly recommend! If I am ever back in Dallas, I would stay here again!

This place was perfect. The place was cute and cozy. Very comfortable and inviting. The location off elm was close to everything. Many bars and restaurants with good food and drinks right across the street! Walkable to American Airlines Arena and uptown! Would highly recommend.

Everything was clean and neat and was just a cozy feel! The view made it nice as well, to get to the parking garage was a little confusing at first just since i didn’t know the area. Was smooth once i found it and spot. Overall loved this place and will book again!
