About this property

Midtown Victorian Gem

Our home has been lovingly restored to reflect its 1890 heritage. 10 foot ceilings with baronial halls. Convenient to public transportation and/or driving. Near extended ravine system for pleasant nature walks. Exclusive access to grounds including pool. Close to numerous restaurants, movies, cultural activities. Beautiful antiques but very livable spaces. Full laundry facilities and onsite parking. Steam bath in master ensuite. Third floor tenant with private outdoor entrance so no interaction required. We request access to basement during rental through garage (used only 1-2 days per week allowing us to maintain pool and grass, while we return from our summer cottage property).. $275 cleaning fee.
