Bright Studio Near The Beach With Swimming Pool
Beautiful studio with views to two seas. Just meters from the beach. With swimming pool (May-Sep)
Best for two people, but can sleep up to four.
Refrigerator, Hot water, TV, Fast internet, Cooker, Washing machine, kettle. You will have the whole studio just for yourself.
Brand new double bed with viscoelastic mattress. Sofa bed. Ceiling fan.
You will get the key from private parking. But there is plenty free parking spaces around in case it will be full.
No key collection required. You will have a code to open the doors. So no late arrival problems anymore.

Loved it
We stayed over at this place for a few days and I would say it was well worth the price.
The location was excellent as you can see both bodies of water through the window and is right next to city centre.
It was not very spacious, but pretty clean.
It is about 10m away from the beach and has a swimming pool which is pretty nice.

Muy pequeño y nada funcional.Muy desaliñado y dejado(la puerta del armario estaba rota, la cocina claustrofibica,en la habitación habia baldosas en la pared de una antigua cocina).
Dispone de un sofá cama incomodisimo y no de una cama doble como aparecía en el anuncio.
Al llegar encontramos 4 cucarachas y tuvimos que fumigar todo el apartamento y poner trampas.
La piscina no tenía zona para estar y la ducha iba con llave que había que comprar en una ferretería.
Anuncian plaza de aparcamiento privado pero para toda la urbanización sólo había unas 15 plazas.
El único punto positivo es que estaba cerca del zoco y a pie de playa, pero tratándose de la Manga es difícil que este lejos del mar.

Hay muchas mejoras de su estadía. Cocina reconstruida, estudio reformado, cama doble nueva con colchón viscoelástico, nuevo armario, dos veces más espacio y luz, sin llave, puerta con cerradura, llave de la ducha colgando en la caja de la llave.
