PENTHOUSE DESCRIPTION.

I'm married to Jo and have two children and four grandchildren and we, as a family, try to get out to the apartment, at least once a year. I was a civil servant for 39 years prior to retiring and now hope to spend some time in the healthy and beautiful area of San Pedro Del Pinatar. My hobbies are football, cricket, horse racing and golf.

The ultra modern apartment offers plenty of living space, with its light and airy open plan layout, whilst at the same time offers views over the swimming pool and gardens from both the sun terrace and the large roof top solarium. The apartments location, being just a 700 metre stroll to the award winning beach’s of the Mar Menor and only a short walk to all bars, restaurants and entertainment, makes the apartment and ideal place to spend a holiday doing what you want to do, when you want to do it.
