Great place and great host

Place was really nice and was as listed. Even has a pool now! Also, host was very kind and responded fast.

The home was a nice size but there were several concerns. First the grass was not cut prior to us arriving, the pool was not clean, sunroom was not swept, home was not cleaned well the closet spaces were very dusty and dirty. Floors were not swept well and furniture was dusty. Carpet on the stairs was very filthy. There was no mop or dish towels in the kitchen. The water pressure in the kitchen was not good either. Chairs in the dining room need to be replaced they are very flimsy, my daughter fell and sprung her ankle in one of the chairs the leg broke right up under her when she sat down. Home needs a complete update. Bed in the master bedroom sinks to the middle when you lay in it. Host was responsive but told me a lot of the things I complained about could’ve been resolved by calling him but I feel they should’ve been done prior to our arrival. I did not have the time to sit around waiting and explaining my complaints I was there for a graduation and was very busy. Once I did other complaints he just totally ignored me without any response or any empathy or concerns about what happened to my daughter or my concerns of our living arrangements. This was one of the worse experiences I’ve encountered all the years of me renting vacation homes. Not a place I would recommend to family and friends.
