Family Vacation !

My 2 adult daughters and I had an amazing stay here. The unit is centrally located to a lot of the local restaurants and activities. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Great location & Ocean front!

We love the location, minutes away from grocery stores and downtown San Jose.The grounds and pool are beautiful and clean, the condo has everything you need, kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook.We are looking forward to come back and stay at las mañanitas, I also want to say thank you to our host Carlos he was always a phone call away to answer any questions.

San Jose Del Cabo trip

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo and complex were flawless—spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The views were breathtaking, especially watching the sunrise right from bed. We fell in love with the terrace. The location is unbeatable, with easy walking access to restaurants and shopping. If you’re heading into Cabo, Uber is convenient and affordable. Overall, it was a fantastic and relaxing trip!

Beautiful condo and condo complex conveniently located within walking distance to food centres and restaurants. This spacious well equipped condo did not disappoint. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise was priceless. Communication with host was very smooth. If only the condo had iptv we would have rated the unit an eleven out of 10. We are already counting the days until we return in 2027.

Very nice condo

Had a great time. The condo is very nice. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning and internet worked very well. Plenty of towels for beach. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Condo is close to the large supermarket and short walk to restaurants. Kids liked body surfing in waves. We had a great time and definitely would stay again.

Lovely Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was well situated, but a bit of an uphill climb to the grocery stores for us in our 70’s. It was helpful to use our carryon luggage to bring home groceries. Lovely restaurants nearby and the ‘Centro’ of San Jose del Cabo was lovely, great restaurants and an inexpensive Uber ride away. Restaurant meals were pricier than we expected. The beach is the best we’ve seen and the whale watching from our balcony a special bonus.

Disappointed that there was no water in the condo and calling the number we were given for help didn’t get an answer. Security guards working there were able to turn the water on from the outside connection . Not having water to flush toilets or wash hands was inconvenient. Instructions on how to work the TVs and air conditioning would have been helpful. We had to get help from our teenage granddaughters. It is a beautiful spot to stay. But not ideal if you need help with water.
