I really enjoyed my stay, the host was wonderful and so kind to let me check in early. The host was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The Tacoma Dome was only 4 minute drive which was very convenient, I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay
I have stayed at this property twice now and will continue to do so every time I visit the SeaTac area. Quiet and safe neighborhood and walking distance to town. The property itself is always clean and incredibly cozy. Host is always responsive with whatever you may need.

Tacoma Dome concert
We were so pleased with our stay! It was located in a nice neighborhood with a separate entrance. It was clean and welcoming and our host was very communicative and even gave us a ride home from the concert. I highly recommend!

Best Tacoma Location
Milazim’s place is the perfect spot for a weekend in Tacoma. It is in a safe, quiet and private residential area but is a quick 20 minute walk into downtown. The neighborhood has cute local and historic spots that are less than .5mi away. Milazim I was super responsive for all of our random needs and provided us with recommendations for the area. Will definitely be staying here again!

Comfortable and Quiet
I stayed here for two months, June and July 2025. It was amazing. The host, Milazim, was communcative but gave me privacy. Any question I asked he responded promptly. He stocked the space with just about everything needed. Except for the 4th of July, the neighborhood was quite. If I return to Tacoma, this is the first place I'm going to look at. You should too.
