Top-floor (3rd-floor) studio at The Pagodas in North Truro with big windows looking at the cape cod bay on two sides and a wraparound deck for bay sunsets. Quiet bay beach is just across Shore Rd; Provincetown’s dining, galleries, and nightlife are a quick ride away. A seasonal shuttle stops right in front of the property.

Ideal for: couples or a small group seeking a classic Outer Cape base with views and easy access to P-Town.

The space
- Layout & views: Bright studio framed by windows on two sides; high-top table faces the bay for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails.
- Sleeping: 1 queen bed + double-size pull-out sofa.
- Kitchenette: Full sized refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, microwave, sink, under-counter storage. Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses (incl. wine), corkscrew/can opener, knives, spatula, etc. Coffee: Keurig and drip machine. (No oven or dishwasher.)
- Bath: Full bathroom with tub/shower.
- Outdoor space: Private wraparound deck with bar-height seating and water views.
- Parking: On-site private parking. Easiest access via the upper lot (drive up past the first lot, then stairs to the third floor).

Beach & location
- Bay beach: Quiet, family-friendly beach directly across the street.
- Ocean beaches: Surf beaches in nearby Wellfleet and the Cape Cod National Seashore.

Nearby essentials:
- Days Market (≈ 0.5 mi toward Provincetown) – Great sandwiches and coffee; small selection and higher Cape prices.
- Salty Market (≈ 2 mi toward Truro Center on Shore Rd/6A) – Deli, beer/wine, and staples; also on the pricier side.
- Beachcomber (12 Miles near national seashore in Wellfleet) - Live music many weekends, beware of spotty service if using rideshare
- Dining - Several restaurants within ~2 miles; endless options in Provincetown.
- Red Inn (P-town): Iconic Sunday brunch - book ahead if possible.
- The Lobster Pot (P-town): No reservations; good for last-minute walk-ins.

Pro tip for longer stays: Do your big grocery run before you hit the Outer Cape -prices climb the farther you go. A convenient stop is Market Basket just over the Sagamore Bridge (good selection and value), that is within reason for refrigerated items in a car with AC.

Getting around
- Shuttle: Seasonal shuttle stops right out front (to Provincetown inbound on our side; outbound toward the Lower Cape across the street). Check current schedule before riding, public funding has recently made this Shuttle free for all riders.
- Rideshare/taxis: Service can be spotty on the Outer Cape & many drivers cancel when using Lyft and Uber; Cape cab taxi is among the most consistent, but more expensive

What to bring (important) - Linens & towels are not provided. Please bring:
- Queen sheet set (bed)
- Full sheet set (sofa bed, but is closer to a twin size)
- Bath towels & hand/face towels
- Beach towels (and beach chairs if you like)

House rules & notes
- Stairs: 3rd-floor walk-up; no elevator. Not well-suited for guests with mobility limitations.
- Quiet hours: Please keep noise down after 10 PM friendly community of owners and vacationers.
- Grills: Shared outdoor grills available (if one is out of propane, try another and let us know).
- Remodel: Recently refreshed new kitchen, windows, lighting, queen mattress, sofa bed, dining table, and refinished floors.

As promised, beautiful views and ideal beach access. This is definitely a place we will book again for a weekend getaway! One note, if you do need laundry services, they are offsite in P-town, but less than a 10 minute drive away. Ann Marie was a delight to connect with and had wonderful restaurant recommendations to share. After 3 days here, we did not want to leave.

North Truro by the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in North Truro. The unit had easy access to the bus to Provincetown, great views, and was very close to the bay side beach. Our hosts were very accommodating and we look forward to going back.

The top-floor, corner unit offered absolutely beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown—sunrises and sunsets were the highlight of our stay. The location was convenient, and the kitchen with a large fridge made it easy to prepare meals.Some aspects of the apartment could use updating: the walls are thin, the bed is soft, the furniture a bit wobbly. The listing mentions laundry but apparently it is off-site. Overall, the unit was comfortable enough for a 10-day stay, but the view is really what makes this property special.

Short trip

We were first timers to the Cape to drop our daughter to work the summer. The room was fine and bed comfortable. It is a small efficiency but it seems like most of the accommodations in the area are like that. It was nice to sit on the deck or beach and enjoy the scenery.

Location and Views

We sat on the covered porch and watched the bay and sunsets. There was almost always a nice breeze. The room was well appointed, we cooked, we ate out (Provincetown was easily accessible), the bed was comfortable, and the unit was clean. It was an easy walk across the street to the bay beach or a short drive to the ocean. We have stayed in this location before but not with this host. I would recommend a stay to anyone who asks and will be back again. Our host was delightful and highly responsive.

The views are spectacular! There was no need to drive to the beach to watch the sunset. I got to watch it right from the deck. The owners, Ann Marie & Don Fatman are so accommodating & friendly. They visited while I was there to make sure I had everything I needed, which was so thoughtful. They have become my new best friends! The other owners in the complex that were there were all very friendly and immediately asked if I needed anything and were ready to help if I had needed something. I loved every minute I there! And would totally recommend it to everyone. AND I got to lay in bed and listen to the waves crashing while I fell asleep!!! Love, love, LOVED IT!!!!

Amazing views - newly remodeled - Excellent getaway!!

We decided to take a last minute vacation and were fortunate to have this place available for the 4th of July weekend. The place was recently remodeled with beautiful finishing touches - it actually exceeded my expectations as the pictures were from before the remodel! We could see the fireworks in Provincetown well from the place and it was a perfect size place for the two of us and our 3 year old daughter who slept on the fold out couch. Only issue we had is the internet did not work. If you have an xfinity account you can use that xfinity hotspot wifi and it works well instead. Also rarely needed the internet because we spent so much time out and about at the beach so it was not a problem. Very quick trip to Provincetown and Wellfleet - excellent location. We will be staying there again!!

Beautiful view of the ocean. Beach a few steps away. Very clean, nice and mostly quite neighborhood. This unit is best for a couple or one person due to its size. Very nice and helpful property manager.

Property Review - very disappointed

The space was very small. No closet no bureau. No luggage rack. Had to climb over partner to get out bed— we’re over 70 and would def not recommend for older couple or anyone of size. We are of average size 6ft and 5ft 5in. The bathroom facilities were VERY tight. Outdoor table and chairs rusted and chipping paint. Good location beautiful view. Perhaps suitable for one person only.

Amazing First Experience!

We had such an amazing time at the property! The initial property had an issue and the owners took care of it and got us a new place with no added charge. The only problem we had was a window that did not lock, but did not cause much of an issue. It was a bit uncomfortable for the person I was staying with but it did not deter the stay whatsoever! We have already talked about staying at the property for our next trip to Cape Cod!

All about the view

For me, it’s all about the view. This is the third unit I have stayed in at the Pagodas and this one by far has the best view. Not only from the deck do you get an exquisite view of the sunset , you also get a view of the bay from inside the unit from every angle. Unit is clean and comfortable. Totally enjoyed our stay. Will be re-booking for next year.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of the property - right across the street from a very quiet beach. We are just 5 miles from Provincetown which has many activities as well a fabulous restaurants. we are on the trolly route that takes you into Ptown and other beaches as well. The area is very family oriented with beautiful views of the sunset and the coastline of Ptown from our expansive deck and inside our Studio Condo.

What makes this property unique

Trolley stops next door to our property. Ptown only 5 miles away. Breathtaking views of the ocean from our unit and our expansive deck! Sun set views every night are spectacular! Swimming beach just across the street!
