Directly on the beach, Sutton Place Studio, Cottage #18 retains the charm of the classic Cape Cod beach cottages. This cottage community is part of the Truro’s Beach Point area and is located directly on Sutton Place’s 1,000-foot private beach on Cape Cod Bay. With full access to the condo association's private beach right outside your door, your personal deck is also a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, or the beautiful sunsets and breathtaking views! This freestanding cottage has a queen bed, and a full size futon, sleeping up to 4. A convenient bath, complete with shower, as well as a cozy galley kitchen invite you to make yourself at home, while spectacular views from every window remind you to relax and enjoy your getaway. Necessaries and creature comforts include WiFi, a flat screen TV, and basic kitchenware/appliances.
