About this property

Summary:
Our 2 bedroom cottage at East Harbour cottage, has beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay and sand dunes of the National Seashore. Freshly Painted, Newly refinished Floors and Cathedral Ceilings as well as fully insulated! Additionally, newly Installed split ductless for warmth off season and beautiful cooling during the hot weather!! Super Quiet and Each room can control their own temperature!

Our cottage has two bedrooms, each with brand new CASPER mattresses, one with a queen bed and the other two twins. Our cottage also feature a charming living room space and full kitchen, cable TV, wireless Internet and A/C. All guest are encouraged to use our gas grills and park-like grounds. We are about 25 steps to our private beach that have views of Provincetown and the tip of Cape Cod. After a day at the beach, relax on the boardwalk with family and friends! We are approximately 2 1/2-3 miles from the center of town and the Shuttle bus runs every 1/2 hour during the summer season.

Please note, guests must provide their own sheets and towels.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. Feels airy and spacious due to high ceilings and lots of natural light.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access with a code to their private cottage front door.

The Neighborhood:
10 minute drive to beach, 3 miles east of Provincetown center. Hike the dunes, take in a whale-watch, visit the galleries of PTown, 18 holes at Truro's Highland Links Golf Course or stroll the village of Wellfleet searching for the perfect spot to slurp a dozen oysters.

Getting Around:
Easily drivable, bikeable, and conveniently located on the Provincetown shuttle route, which can take you to town every 30 minutes.

Perfect in every way!

We absolutely loved this cottage by the bay! The new bathroom- fabulous shower, sweet kitchen and comfy beds, art on the walls and living room set up. This place fit us perfectly! Plan on a return for longer next time. and so nice to be able to stroll down to the water.
