Prime location, pet friendly unit that is part of a two family house. This unit is one level with a great porch for relaxing, dining, people watching and amazing views of the monument. It is a two bedroom, one bath, and parking for 2-3 cars in driveway. It also has exclusive use of private backyard patio for chilling and entertaining, and an outdoor shower that is shared with the rear guests. The unit is air conditioned, has a well stocked kitchen, great front porch for dining or lounging , yet is on a quiet street that is only steps away from all you need in P-Town. You're close to the supermarket, dog-park, laundry, galleries, restaurants, town beach, and so much more. Park the car and walk everywhere....This place is for you!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. The house is beautiful, cleab, well-maintained, and in a great location. The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive. We plan to stay again next year.

The cover description is spot-on -- "Fabulous Bungalow" -- close to everything, yet quiet and very pet friendly. So much care and thoughtfulness goes into this place it was a pleasure to stay. The kitchen met all of our needs; the bedrooms were great; loved the outdoor shower (with very nice view of the Ptown tower); and especially loved the front porch with lovely garden (which received many compliments by people strolling by).

Just what we needed for our long weekend stay. Very comfy space, especially for P-town's early season of "late winter with flowers". Very convenient, walking distance to Commercial Street and Stop & Shop for supplies.

Great cottage

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at Michele and Carol’s cottage. It is perfectly located to be able to walk everywhere. It was spacious and adorable inside. Michele is very communicative and super sweet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Had everything we needed, plenty of private parking and room to stretch out. Comfortable and quiet. Watched New Years fireworks from the porch. Amazing property.

Lovely bungalow!

This place is wonderful. The location is perfect--close to Commercial but also very nearby the grocery store and a gym. And the house itself is very cute--including a nicely sized and well-stocked kitchen, lovely yard in the back, and a very nice front porch, where we spent a lot of time reading and having meals. I've been coming to Ptown for a decade now and this is the best placed I've stayed in and hope to return soon!

Great stay during a great time of year

Comfortable home and wonderful time of year to stay. Location could not be more perfect. Please note the owner does not provide towels, soap/body wash, or shampoo. We missed this fine print, leading to an unforeseen and inconvenient expense for objects that are otherwise cumbersome to pack on a vacation.

Great location and comfortable stay!

My partner and I were looking for a place that could accommodate us, our dog, and 2 friends from out of town and this was perfect. We loved the personal touches and dog friendly vibe of the home and the outside front porch was perfect for soaking in the late summer afternoons. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the house was perfect for 2 couples and a pooch. The only minor downside was that bath towels are not provided which I missed in the check in instructions but our hosts were quick to respond and direct us to a local store where we could purchase them. Overall, a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfection!

If you're wondering if this is the place for you, wonder, no more! Perfect location, perfectly clean with an excellent layout. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and utensils. Our absolute favorite place was the front porch. Lovely, covered porch with comfortable furniture and a gentle breeze. Hosts were a text away if you need them. Go enjoy!

Great location, relaxing, good weather, spring vacay

Court street is a perfect location when staying in Ptown. Walking to commmercial st and the bay and the wharf is super easy. Quick drive to supermarket. Short drive to ocean beaches. We didn’t bike because we had our dog with us but biking is a great option too. The house is small but well laid out for people to enjoy. Clean, lots of windows, sunny kitchen in the mornings. Front porch would be great for entertaining. Nice coffee maker. We bbq’d each night. Enjoyed the TV when we were inside. Brought our chrome cast too and it was easy to watch anything we wanted. Spent a lot of time at the beaches with our small dog.We had decent spring weather. Some places were closed since it was April but still enjoyed what was open: the Canteen, Nuthouse, Portuguese bakery, dumpling house, and the other candy stores. Spiritus pizza, george’s pizza, twisted sister, post office cafe, brew house were open too. Other places will open May 1.Very nice hosts. Very responsive to messages and questions.

Thanksgiving getaway!

The bungalow is a great place to stay - to stay in and relax or as a base for exploring P-town, which is so easy on foot or by car. The bungalow has two comfortable bedrooms and a roomy kitchen and plenty of everything to make your stay comfortable. And I loved that it was pet friendly and that my dogs were welcome. The neighborhood is quiet, but it's just a couple blocks away from everything along Commercial Street, so the perfect mix. The decor is beachy and laid back, but not at all kitschy. I'd definitely stay here again my next time to P-town. The only drawback was that my timing was in the late fall, so I didn't get to enjoy the front porch, which looks so relaxing. I'll have to plan better next time! Enjoy!

the perfect place

We just enjoyed out third stay at this property and look forward to returning - the location is ideal, the bungalow has everything you could need and want, and the front porch is a terrific place to watch the world pass by or just enjoy a rainy day outside. Michele and Carol are amazing hosts and their home is a 'cozy beach retreat' no matter what time of year you are in Ptown!

Why they chose this property

Court Street is a gem - it's very quiet yet literally only steps from everything! You can park your cars and walk to everything in town. We have had our eye out for a great property that we could potentially retire in, but in the meantime, share it with friends and guests alike. It's in the West End, but so close to town. The property has great vibes and we're excited about making it your favorite place to stay. This place will be great for entertaining and relaxing.
