Two minute walk to Commercial Street shopping, restaurants and clubs and town beach. Short walk or bike to P-town Inn pool and Herring Cove beach, bike trails, tennis, pickle ball and kayaking. Parking for two cars. 20x21 private use fenced in stone patio with table and chairs, sofa, fire-pit and gas grill. The interior has beautiful finished pine wood floors throughout, New kitchen and appliances, new A/C. Washer and dryer. Sunny living room with cable TV and Roku. Full bath with shower. Just painted in and out. Very Quiet side street. Enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer. Save yourself hours in the car and arrive on Friday. NO ADDITIONAL pet fees. One animal only. If you have cat allergies please be aware that on rare occasion tenants do bring a cat. Please ask owner. This property is best for 2 to 3 people.
