This unit is centrally located between Bradford and Commercial Streets - behind the Brass Key.

There are 2 queen sized bedrooms with generous closet space. The bathroom was completely remodeled in the Spring of 2019.

The oversized kitchen features a large island that comfortably seats 4 - it is perfect for enjoying a meal or a cocktail. All appliances are Bosch and clean-up is a breeze thanks to the dishwasher! There is a spacious patio off the kitchen that easily allows you to take the party outside to grill and dine.

In less than 10 minutes, you can walk to The Boatslip, whale watch, galleries, bars and restaurants. If you want, you can end your day with a slice of pizza and be home after a 3-minute walk!

What a great experience

The condo is very comfortable, has a ton of space, and is well appointed. Rob , the manager, great communicate with and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Lovely, well-situated condo

Perfect location! The kitchen is elegant and well-stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. Living room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Love the Sonos sound system and the large flat screen TV! Bedrooms and upstairs bathroom were fine. Owner was very helpful during our stay if we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

A Designers Dream

Beautifully designed accommodations. First floor totally updated, a modern well designed space for living and entertaining. Every detail was thought about. Second floor restored with great attention to detail. Location was perfect, a quiet street yet close to everything Ptown has to offer. Host was polite and easy to communicate with.

Great unit and perfect location !

Five minutes of walk from the heart of Commercial street ! Restaurants, stores, coffee shop and the famous Boatslip. The unit is well furnished and great for 4 people. The kitchen is absolutely a charm to use and we loved the sound system ! Rob is a caring host and ensures that you’ve got everything you need. Thanks for this beautiful week !

Great Apartment in a great location!

This house is perfect for a stay in P-town. The house is in an unbeatable location right off Commercial street and very close to the supermarket and beaches. The dedicated parking spot makes easy to get to. The backyard with the BBQ made it great to hang out after the beach and prepare a nice meal. The kitchen has everything you could possible need and a great cooking area. The living room is comfortable, nicely decorated and comes with Sonos (make sure you download the app!). The rooms are great and so is the bathroom. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect P-town Property

Two friends and I stayed the weekend at the property and absolutely loved it. The house is clean, incredibly functional, and cozy. We loved the kitchen and terrace, especially. The location is truly perfect- walking distance to everywhere you want to be.

Fantastic Stay!

We have been staying in PTown for a week every summer for many years now. It is one of our favorite places anywhere!! Each year we have booked closer and closer to Commercial Street and the bay. This property is in an absolutely perfect location close to everything and a 15 second walk to Commercial Street! The kitchen is one of the best features and fully stocked with everything you will need. Rob is the BEST! Incredibly responsive, thoughtful and fantastic communication. Hopefully we will meet in person one day 😊. Highly recommend this property!!

Fantastic Location

Really great location right off Commercial without being too close. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you will ever need. The rest of the condo was super clean and organized. Rob was amazing. Very helpful and very communicative.

Great Unit and Locatiion

We come to ptown once or twice a year and I can tell you that we would definitely book this unit again if it is available. The unit is nice , has a great layout, and the location is perfect. We will definitely plan to stay here again next year.

Def a Treat During Spooky Bear

We expected the apartment to be well-appointed based on the profile pics, but the reality was still pleasantly surprising. We were thrilled when we walked in (after a long drive from NYC) and were greeted with visibly gay and eclectic, albeit delightful, art all around the space. The rectangular kitchen area had more than enough room for making martinis, and was the perf space to sit in around the center table, and pregame tea. The 2 rooms on the 2nd floor were each quirky with their own amusing character, consistent with the entire space’s motif, and yet became super cozy and really restful when the mood required. We look forward to being back next year, especially since working with the property manager Rob while booking and even through the trip was such a pleasure! Thanks again to the hosts for this treat during Spooky Bear weekend!

Centrally-located gem

My second stay at this cute duplex got even better with a newly renovated bathroom! We loved coming home to this quiet oasis in the middle of town. Will we return again next year? Of course - already booked!!

Great property!

We had a great time staying in Provincetown at this property. The apartment is centrally located just steps from Commercial street, which boasts lots of great restaurants, cafes, shops and bustling day and nightlife. Property had everything you need for your stay and was recently updated.

Amazing property in a perfect location!

My group of 4 stayed at this property for the long Memorial Day weekend and the pictures simply do not do it justice! The unit was sparkling clean and had every amenity needed for a weekend away in Provincetown. From the quaint patio with a big grill, to the open and accommodating kitchen, to the very comfortable living room and bedrooms, this had it all. It was a perfect location for us as well- A quick skip over to Spiritus for a slice of pizza and less than a 5 minute walk to the Boat Slip for tea dance. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back!

Great property with a great location!!

Sorry this review is a tad late but here goes. We decided to go to women's week for a long weekend. We picked this property at the last minute for its convenient location and what a great location it was! It is lovely property with a fabulous kitchen. Upon arriving we had some minor issues BUT I can tell you with the utmost certainty that this property manager and owner did whatever they could to make this the best stay we have had in Provincetown in 27 years!!! They are adding laundry this coming winter and that will make this the perfect place to stay!!! Parking is right outside the door and you are truly centrally located. We have used Homeaway for years and you will not find a better property, manager or owner anywhere and give this our highest recommendation!

A convenient gem

From the moment we walked into this cute find of a vacation rental, we were thrilled. First, the location is one block away from the heart of Commercial street and convenient to the west end. I was so impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was that I cooked a few big dinners while we were there. The bedrooms were comfortable and linens in good shape. Props to having a Sonos system in the house too! We also loved the lux floral arrangement and the Malin and Goetz candles around the house. Rob & Patrick took great care to make sure that we had a wonderful stay on behalf of the owners. We have already booked this property for our Provincetown vacation next year - Thank you for a great vacation!

great interiors. outstanding kitchen. bedrooms small but comfortable. not enough storage space

My two girls and I had a great stay. great design, kitchen is amazing. if you are someone who cooks, it's is simply and smartly layed out with modern appliances and plenty of storage space. could use a large frying pan. areas for improvement: not enough storage space, more bath towels, air out the dresser in the front bedroom. put some things in the drawers and within a day smelled liked moth balls. ran into owner on our way out, and he mentioned that bathroom is being modernized and washer dryer being added over the winter. that will make it pretty ideal. also great, great location to all in town. but quiet and mellow street for the most part.

Great time in Provincetown.

Rented this condo for my family (wife and two daughters in college) and we had a great time. It was clean, modern and well equipped (I would suggest a toaster...mostly because I like tea and toast in the morning). The location was perfect. It was a quiet condo but If you turned left out the front door, within 90 seconds you would be on the main drag and enjoying the many stores and restaurants (my family like the ice cream / pizza shop just around the corner). Or you could turn right and take a nice 10 minute walk to the supermaket for supplies. The realtor who met us was flexible and really nice...he gave us a useful orientation. I can certainly recommend this place.

The perfect Ptown Rental!

Having stayed in multiple places in Ptown over the years, this is probably my favorite yet! First off, you can't beat the location. This centrally located condo is right in the middle of it all - but still quiet enough to get a good nights rest. The downstairs is clean, open and modern, with a large well stocked kitchen - perfect for cooking or hanging out. The upstairs bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Rob, the property manager was great to work with - very responsive and super helpful with some last minute requests. My only suggestion is a gas grill (vs charcoal) would be nice. Highly recommend the property and will be staying again next year!

Charming, quaint, perfect location

A hidden gem in the center of everything. Clean and stylish. Wonderful open living area with comfy seating and large TV. Huge open modern kitchen with storage galore. Quaint cozy bedrooms upstairs with bath. A perfect getaway but walking distance to the best bars, restaurants, gym and shopping Provincetown has to offer. Owners could not have been more accommodating.
