SHOULDER SEASON: Apr 1 → Thursday before Memorial Day; Tuesday after Labor Day → Oct 31 Flexible check-in days and lengths (2-night minimum)

HOLIDAY PEAK: Thanksgiving week & Christmas/New Year's week (Dec 20 → Jan 2) Extended minimums apply.

OFF-SEASON: Nov 1 → Mar 31 (excluding Holiday Peak dates) Flexible stays, perfect for remote work retreats

SAFELY DAMAGE PROTECTION

Modern alternative to security deposits—no frozen funds, no paperwork, no deductible. Per-night fee provides up to $5,000 coverage for accidental damage. Simply report incidents promptly via guest portal.

What's Covered: Wine spills, broken items, scratched floors, cracked screens from normal use

Not Covered: Intentional damage or normal wear-and-tear

PROFESSIONAL HOUSECLEANING

Full turnover before every stay—kitchens, baths, dusting, vacuuming, complete resets. Charged at cost with no markup—I pass through my cleaner's actual invoice plus local tax.

OPTIONAL LINEN SERVICE

Cape tradition: many rentals don't include linens. I offer at-cost convenience so you can travel light, or bring your own to avoid fees entirely.

Per person linen sets include sheets for selected beds (fitted, top sheet, pillowcases) and towels (bath towel, beach towel, hand towel).

PET-FRIENDLY POLICIES

Welcome: House-trained dogs (no cats due to allergies)

Requirements: Registration at booking, crating when unattended, no furniture access
