HOUSE HELENA - YOUR HOLIDAY NEAR THE SEA

House Helena is a new renovated vacation house suitable for up to 8 people. It has two floors with 3 terraces on each all of them with a sea view.
On the first floor are living room with dining room, large kitchen, bathroom and a hall. Living room with dining room is a central place of the house spread on 30 square meters, it has dining table, sofa , two armchairs, TV and air conditioning. It is great for relaxing and enjoying. Kitchen is completely new, fully furnished with stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and toalete.
Through large hall you can reach 2nd floor on which are three bedrooms. Bedrooms are large and suitable for families with children or for couples. There are two bedrooms with double bed + single bed and one bedroom with double bed. Bathroom on the 2nd floor is bigger and it has a washing machine. On the 2nd floor air conditioning is in the hall !
Outside there is a terrace with a garden and a fireplace and private parking in front of the house. It is a top location near the sea. Everything you need is in a hundred meters. Holiday home is in tourist center of the village near the beach, restaurants, market, sport facilities.
Banjole was founded in Roman times and today has 1000 inhabitants. The settlement is located on a small island, where all those who love the sea, sailing and fishing, wants to live. Nature has equipped this region with many small coves and peninsulas, natural beaches, and the human hand has added tennis courts, hiking and cycling trails, renting of sailing and motor boat and many other types of water sports.
