It is located in an easily accessible area about a 10–15 minute walk from the beach, in a quiet residential neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, and surrounded by nature.

**Casa Tucán at Tres Lodge** is a charming one-bedroom house, ideal for those who want to disconnect and reconnect with nature. The living room and kitchen are located outdoors, allowing guests to fully enjoy the tropical climate, the fresh breeze, and the sounds of the natural surroundings. This layout has been designed to provide a more organic, cozy, and open-air experience without sacrificing comfort or privacy.

The space features a king bed and an elevated single bed, a private bathroom, a safe box, and a terrace overlooking the garden. It is ideal for couples or small families who value tranquility and a simple lifestyle in harmony with nature.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the bedroom, bathroom, terrace, kitchen, and living area.
Only the parking area, the pool, and some parts of the garden are shared with other houses in the complex.
The house itself does not share interior spaces with anyone else, ensuring privacy and tranquility during your stay.

I am available to assist you during your stay within support hours from **8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (local time).**

We expect our guests to be independent and able to enjoy the home and its surroundings on their own. We provide all the necessary information to ensure your experience is smooth and comfortable, from check-in instructions to local recommendations.
