I chose this area because it offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience. It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood with lovely views and a relaxing atmosphere — ideal for unwinding after a busy day. Just a 2-minute walk from the house, there’s a great playground and a local playgroup, perfect for families with children. At the same time, it’s only a short drive to the motorway, shopping mall, and Wellington CBD, making it easy to get around. I love how close it is to everything, yet it still feels like a calm retreat. It's a place that feels like home, and I’m happy to share that experience with my guests.

What makes this property unique is its combination of comfort, space, and tranquility — all in a very convenient location. With two separate bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, plus multiple sleeping options in the living room (including a sofa bed and single bed), it’s ideal for families or groups. Guests love the peaceful surroundings, the lovely view, and the fact that there’s free parking both onsite and on the street. It’s also just a few minutes’ drive to the motorway, shopping mall, and Wellington CBD, with a bus stop and a kids’ playground right at the doorstep. It truly feels like a home away from home.
