Property was absolutely filthy, inside and out dog hair everywhere! The outside was never cleaned before our arrival probably wasn’t clean for months before our arrival. Contact with the property manager was nonexistent. Voiced my concerns multiple times through phone calls and emails and got nowhere. All they kept offering was a late checkout. For the amount of money, I paid was not worse a late checkout. There were five hornet nest around the property. The grill definitely wasn’t cleaned, inside in the master bedroom there was dog hair all over the bedding. The cleaning people only clean around stuff they don’t clean underneath it like the rug in the house underneath were absolutely gross. Dishwasher was broke with old water in it that smelt horrifying. Only nice things about this property was the pool until the day we left. And the fact that it was close to the beach. Neighborhood is very nice also. I paid way too much for an absolutely filthy house. All they offered me was a late checkout. I would never stay with anything that has to do with seaside rentals.
