Those looking to combine the best of both these luxuries should look no further than the outdoor hot tub, nestled quietly in a backyard nook.

For more communal activities, Villa Mendia has you covered there too. The decorative dining room can comfortably seat eight, while the ornate grand room just below can probably fit eight more. And that’s not counting those members of your crew that are watching a flick in the media room, catching up on some work in the office, or huddled by one of the fireplaces. Speaking of which, you have one in your spacious kitchen too. Kids will just love making s’mores after a chilly day on the slopes. Just make sure they save room during dinner, because your modern cooking appliances in the old-world feeling kitchen will inspire you to make some of your best meals to date. Of course, all these recreational activities will eventually lead to the need of a good night’s sleep. And with beds of all shapes and sizes spread across the estate in individually rustic rooms with a view, your view of a Telluride vacation will take on a whole meaning. And by that, we mean perfection.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 8.
- You are about a 10 minute drive into Town and Mountain Village, so we suggest a vehicle.
- There is visitor parking available in Mountain Village which is the best way to access skiing.
- The bedrooms do not have televisions in them.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
