Really enjoyed my stay here with my family. There was excellent communication and very quick response times to any questions I had. The whole process was smooth and went effortless
We enjoyed our stay here a lot! Very nice place and lots of room for a group of 9. The host was easy to get a hold of and very helpful even though we showed up a little late and couldn't quite figure out the nice key lock pad :) Every thing went smooth and easy like you want when you are on vacation. When we come back we know where we want to stay!
Great place to stay for our family members, who were in Boise to attend a wedding. Communication with the host was excellent.

It took us 3 hours and 45 minutes to get in. The door code did not work. The property manager was out of service. The house was just as described. When we were there it was dirty. Cobwebs on the light nextt to main bed, bebe balls on the carpert that hurt our feet, dirty panites from a privious renter under the desk in main bedroom. I will not go back becasue of the propety manager and house cleanliness.
House was nice. The landscaping neeeds to be kept up with. Over gown bushes and grass in the outside area made it not so plesent to use. Overall the house was in great shape and very clean. Could use a few more places to sit in the mainroom. But everyone loved theis beds and slept very great.
The house is spacious, and the beds appeared to have new, comfortable mattresses. Despite outside temperatures reaching 105F in July, the home stayed at a comfortable 68-72F. The location is convenient - about 20 minutes from BSU, with an Albertsons grocery store nearby. The property itself is nice, but some details kept it from feeling like a premier stay. The coffee setup could be improved, and several cleaning and maintenance issues needed attention. The primary shower had significant hard-water buildup, making it appear dirty, (no salt in water softener). The conditioner dispenser was clogged, shampoo had been placed in the conditioner dispenser in another bathroom, and one shower drain was clogged with hair. No dish soap in kitchen dispenser. There were also expired food items that should have been discarded. These concerns seem to come down primarily to cleaning and routine upkeep. I communicated them to property management, so hopefully future guests will see improvements. Overall, it is a spacious, comfortable property in a convenient location.
The house and host were great. Would stay there again.

Great guests and they are welcome back. Took good care of the property and followed all the house rules. Thanks Aubree!
We had a great time at this spacious home. We loved that there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accomodate everybody in our group. The location was great too, less than 20 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go but the home was in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was great!

Need to do a little better cleaning floors and the pet odor

Thank you for your feedback — we’re so glad you enjoyed the spacious layout and found the home accommodating!
Regarding your note on cleaning: we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We take cleanliness seriously and steam clean the hard floors as part of our regular process. That said, we’re always striving to improve, so if you noticed specific areas that needed attention, we’d love to hear more details so we can address them directly.
As for the pet odor, that’s surprising as we have a strict no-pet policy and confirmed with the previous 3 guests that no animals were present. However, we’ll do a thorough check and take extra steps to ensure everything smells fresh and welcoming moving forward.
Thanks again for staying with us — your comments help us keep making this home a great experience for future guests!

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, but unfortunately, the rest of our stay did not meet expectations. The Keurig did not work, and the water reservoir cover was missing. The upstairs soap dispensers appeared to be filled mostly with water. There were also several cleanliness concerns throughout the home, including used tissues on the floors, a dirty kitchen floor, and a noticeable layer of dust on the window sills. The grill cover was found in the bushes sitting in a puddle of water. We also found loose coins in an upstairs bedside table and clothing left inside the main bedroom drawers, which made the home feel as though it had not been thoroughly checked or prepared between guests.Because the upstairs rooms became extremely hot, we asked that the air conditioning remain between 69 and 70 degrees. We also contacted the host after a neighboring house set off multiple large fireworks, leaving debris across the yard and around the house.None of our messages regarding these issues received a response. While some concerns may have been easily resolved, the lack of communication was the most disappointing part of the stay. The home has potential, and the beds were genuinely wonderful, but the cleaning, maintenance, and responsiveness need significant improvement.
We stayed for our son's graduation from BSU. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped for cooking, although we took advantage of the great Boise restaurants while there. Communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive. We could have used additional seating in the living room since the house sleeps 10, and also the empty loft upstairs is a missed opportunity for a pool table, foosball, or something of the sort. However, this did not detract from our stay, we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

THE HOST CONTROLS THE THERMOSTAT
That’s right, as a guest if you want to change the temp in the house you have to contact the host! Unbelievable. Never again.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the thermostat settings affected your experience.
To clarify, the temperature is preset between 72º during the day and 74º in the evening to maintain comfort, prevent accidental damage to the HVAC system, and help keep guest rates affordable. That said, we’re always happy to adjust it — and once we were made aware of your preference, we promptly changed the setting to 68º as requested.
We value all guest input and always strive to improve communication so everyone feels at home during their stay.
My family was in Boise due to the passing of our mother. We needed enough room for seven adults and this roomy home met our needs, especially with 3 and a half baths. The kitchen was modern and sufficiently outfitted with dishes, pots and pans, etc., so that we could cook meals. We also spent a lot of time gathered around the dining room table. There was seating out on the patio area also and the large bonus room upstairs was a plus but could use a loveseat or couch in addition to the one chair. There were a few issues with the toilets and showers but the property manager sent someone out to get them resolved. The property manager was very responsive. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood, very quiet and private.Would recommend this home although the owner may want to consider replacing the carpet with tile or laminate flooring.
This was a lovely stay. The house suited our needs perfectly. The house was clean, I. Good repair, and located perfectly.
