He could care less . And never tried to make things right . Lied about towels and so much more. Ants ... the house was dirty . He stole from us . We cleaned up the house before we could even stay

Unfortunately the property was blocked by U-Haul trucks at the back entrance and I could neither see or access the property upon arrival. The other entry was a gate directly on 8th street which had no spot to stop a vehicle and unload or park since the parking was supposed to be at the back which was blocked by a bunch of u haul trucks. The 8th street entrance also had stairs and I specifically booked a property with no stairs required to access. Additionally the area surrounding the property gave me concerns for my safety. The property owner mentioned that I could have called if there was an issue, however, the u haul rental facility was closed so I’m not sure how he could have had all those trucks moved. In addition, what would have prevented them from blocking the access again as it was when I arrived once a vehicle was parked inside the property gate? I asked the property owner ho be clearer about the surrounding area in his listing. I would not feel safe there even if I could have accessed it.

Pretty nice place to stay

We travelled for my kid’s tournament At KBH convention center. The place is about 2 miles away to convention center and Dallas downtown. It is convenient to uber/lyft use 5-8 bucks each way. Very clean house with big beautiful kitchen and laundry which are very convenient for our needs. The owner is very responsive and well communicated with our stays need.(We need a small pot to boil eggs and the owner had it delivered in no time).Would stay again

Perfect spot for concert

Property was great and we felt safe the whole time. Fenced in property, parking and all. Very clean and have no complaints. Seems like everything was 10-15 minutes away and was away from the busy parts of the city. Perfect for events at American Airlines Center. Will stay again.
