-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

Wir waren für 20 Tage in der schönen Villa, welche genau wie bei travelmob beschrieben war. Nur der Pool war viel größer als erwartet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Sogar der Kühlschrank war mit einigen Getränken und Knabbergebäck gefüllt. Wir hatten vor Anreise über Gregory das Taxi vom Flughafen und ein Moped reserviert. Auch das hat super geklappt. Die beiden Zimmer sind fast identisch, so dass es bei der Aufteilung mit mehreren Personen keinen Streit geben sollte. Die Lage der Villa ist super. Man kann in 2 Minuten zu Fuß alles wie Restaurants, Supermarkt, Massage erreichen. Bei Wünschen wurde sofort reagiert. Wir kommen seit 10 Jahren nach Thailand. Der Service und die ganze Abwicklung fanden wir sehr professionell und angenehm. Danke nochmal an Gregory, Bo und Lee. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne erholsame Zeit.
