This cozy 3-bedroom space with a covered deck is perfect for family and friends adventures and enjoying the quiet nature.
1 minute to ATX Wake Adventures, 2 minutes to Lake Travis Zipline, 4 minutes to Volente Beach Resort, and 30 minutes to Downtown Austin. Close to many restaurants and the Lakeline Mall.
Walkways: 21 steps with a hand railing
A private hiking trail is at the property.
You are welcome to have events or parties. Our guests have held a ~20 people party before, but not all people slept there. There is a king bed, a queen bed, two single beds, and a queen-size air bed in the house, shown on the listing photos. If you book for a big group, please make proper sleeping arrangements.
The house is stocked with many things you may need: refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer, phone chargers, games, toys, smart TV (Roku/Youtube), solar/LED lights, pots, pans, utensils, dishware, snacks, drinks, coffee, paper plates, zip lock bags, lighters, batteries, fever/headache meds, first aid kit, scissors, linens, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, trash cans/bags, insect repellent, umbrellas, fire pit, outdoor dining set covered by roof, etc. Every room also has a northern light/aurora projector.
We try to make it a place where you could just pack your clothes and come. Hope you enjoy your stay!
