Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
$50-100 cleaning fee if steps aren’t completed:
Set heat to 65 or AC to 80
Clean up pet droppings outside or inside accidents
Throw away coffee grounds: NEVER in the sink
You can hand wash dishes with the dish draining rack found under the kitchen sink
Put used trash bags in the bins outside the garage. Bring brown bin to street for pickup. Brown=trash Green=Recycling
Place all used towels and full linen sets (pillowcase & sheets too) in blue bathroom’s bathtub. No need to strip the bed if linens are unused
Close all windows & curtains
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
