About this property

For Rent: Beautiful cottage in Pointe du Chene, NB, just a 5 minute walk from Parlee Beach.

The cottage is located in Pointe du Chene and is a pet and smoke free building with two bedrooms and one bathroom, and it has an open concept living room and kitchen area.

Rental dates run for the full week from Sunday at 4pm Atlantic time to the following Sunday at 10:00am Atlantic time. A separate (refundable) $200 damage deposit will be collected prior to check in via email money transfer. Seven day bookings outside of Sunday to Sunday will be declined.

Cottage interior includes:
- Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds.
This is a perfect location for a family with two children.
- Full kitchen including oven and stove, sink, and fridge
- Wireless Internet
- Apple TV w/ Netflix & Plex
- Washer and Dryer
- Full bathroom with soaker tub, toilet, and sink
- Wrap-around deck with access to shade regardless of the time of day
- Playpen, bedrail and highchair seat for younger children
- Many regular amenities expected at such a location

No Pets permitted. No smoking.

Canada Stays does have separate booking fees that are charged at reservation and are beyond our control.

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Only bookings from Sunday to Sunday will be accepted. There is a $200 refundable damage deposit which must be paid in advance.

Near the beach

We had a lovely stay at this cottage a short walk from Parlee beach. The cottage is small but well supplied with everything we needed for our stay.

Great experience

Tamara was excellent, very personable and accommodating. She has everything you need at the cottage to enhance your stay - extra beach toys, games and puzzles for inside times, fully stocked kitchen, laundry etc. She left a note on the fridge with details on wifi, tv, remotes etc. Location was excellent, we’ll go back to stay for sure!

Convenient Parlee Beach Getaway

A very nice place to vacation- too bad the weather wasn't so co-operative in mid Sept. Wonderful hosts- very kind & helpful. Very clean; comfy queen bed; full- size appliances; new bathroom. A/C & WiFi. Fully supplied (more than any other spot we've ever had) - only small issue was some of the cookware - some new items would be a benefit. Big porch & BBQ. Compact but great spot for a couple & 2 kids . 5 min walk to the sandy beach just over the dunes. Easy road access. Loved it!

Great Stay in the Parlee Beach Area

Cottage was exactly as advertised. Clean with all amenities, a 5 minutes walk from Parlee Beach. Everything was simple from check in to check out. Owners were a pleasure to deal with.

We are a close knit family with long ties to Pointe-du-Chene. Our family has had property here and behind us for 30+ years.

We welcome all visitors to treat our getaway home as if it were your own home away from home. If it's in the cottage, it's yours to use.

We are located literally beside the Parlee Beach parking lot. A quick 6 minute down beach road will have your feet in the sand enjoying the beach.
