Very nice farmhouse!. Clean, updated kitchen, great lighting, comfy beds. The property had everything we needed for a short stay close to Knoxville for a family visit. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful home. We stayed with our 4 children ages ages 20,18,15, and 13. We just needed one night but would have enjoyed staying longer. Full kitchen with high end appliances allowed us to cook and save on eating out for 2 meals. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Amazing overall experience. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. It was the perfect place to stay for a larger family. Front porch vibes are amazing. Fees like you are out of the way but so close to everything. 13 mins from downtown Knoxville, 4 mins from everything else you’d need.

Wonderful stay

The property was beautiful, the house was perfect for our family. Our host was very communicative and she thought of everything we could possibly need down to extra phone chargers in case we forgot. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Knoxville.

The house matched the description and met all our needs. We loved the open floor plan of the kitchen connecting to the living room space. They have thought of all the things you cojld need that you might not think of when traveling like scissors or batteries. The host was so nice and responded to all of our messages. She even came and took away some recycling and trash while we were busy with our wedding. Would recommend this house to anyone and stay again.

Perfect for my family's Christmas stay. Excellent condition, clean and comfortable. Alicia was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating; her no-stress checkout was most welcome! The unique and eclectic farmhouse decor set the right tone for a magical holiday, and the modern kitchen let us feed the extended family a nice Christmas dinner. Would stay again!

Cute country vibe while being accessible to all things Knoxville

The host was great and went above and beyond with information and bonuses for the weary traveler. We had a lovely, stay at the farmhouse while taking our daughter to college. We loved the beautiful home and property, it felt like a little escape at the end of our busy day. This gorgeous home is tucked away and yet still so accessible to downtown Knoxville and everything you need! The porch swing swept me back to slow mornings growing up in Tennessee.

This house is so cute and a hidden gem. There is literally everything you need. The beds are extremely comfortable. The tree swings were quaint. Alicia provided some snacks and beverages upon arrival. And there was a really cool writing spider out front that we enjoyed watching.

Beautiful escape into relaxing farm Haven

Green rolling hills, unpretentious and cozy luxury features, with fun vintage touches throughout, made for sweet downhome getaway time during our stay in Knoxville. Our little friends and family getaway, designed to celebrate a loved ones' graduation could not have been more pleasant. All the thoughtful touches and attention to every detail ensured our delight at every turn. Perfect place for a family getaway or a friend's weekend of just hanging together in the house or exploration in the city. Lovely property with n SoKno

Beautifully apportioned old farmhouse restored with modern amenities. Pastoral location minutes from downtown. So close to green space and is very green and peaceful. Quiet and you’d never know you were that close to a city. The front porch is heaven as it overlooks a great green field with massive old trees. Stocked with everything you could ever want or need. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. One of the nicest unpretentious offerings I’ve seen. It just felt cozy. Sunny. Green. Wish we stayed a few more days.

Beautiful home! Close to everything yet private

This farm house has been updated yet still has the farmhouse authentic vibe. The master bath is a treat! Deep bathtub and double head shower are amazing. The front porch has a swing and adirondack chairs for reading, talking or relaxing. There are 2 tree swings in the yard and plenty of room to play. Alicia has seriously thought of everything. She provides great information and provides things like extra chargers, toys for kids, games, plenty of toiletries, extra blankets, towels, kitchen items and more. She was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The drive to downtown Knoxville is only 10 minutes from this home. There are nearby restaurants, stores and more. We will be back soon!

It’s the perfect place for family’s and the host is super helpful! and we couldn’t ask for more thank you guys! And the aesthetic of the house is amazing. In my time of booking some places you stay at just feels temporary but the Farmhouse truly felt like home! 10/10
