Okay place to stay in houston

The property is clean, well maintained. There is a large open area with a hard ceiling and not much carpet so noise is amplified. Furnishings are a bit spartan, no dressers or much to put things in in the bed rooms. Beds were medium soft except the queen which was quite soft.The kitchen is well equiped. Bit minimal on dishes. Most annoying feature is large TV on wall which has no cable service and no atenna so might as well not be there. It is a "smart TV" but I could not set up Netflix or anything else on it. Also had a problem getting my phone on the internet. Okay for the rest of the party, but mine identified it as a hidden network and wouldn't connect me. Also, did not realize until leaving that a green storage size box in the garage was probably for recyclables, so extra stuff went in the trash. I think the listing should say no TV if there is going to be one that you can't watch.

Thank you very much for your thoughtful feedback! We're pleased to hear that you found the property clean and well-maintained. To address your comments, the home features new LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring, which tends to amplify noise less than tile flooring. There are two fully furnished living areas and a six-chair dining set to provide ample seating for guests. All bedrooms are equipped with proper closets, hangers, and shelving for additional storage. Additionally, both the primary and queen-sized beds feature memory foam mattresses for added comfort. We're glad you found the kitchen well-equipped. It includes 12 large and small glass plates, along with additional plastic plates for children or casual use. The trash bin and green recycle bin are located next to each other in the garage. Regarding the TV, we provide Wi-Fi so guests can easily log into their own streaming accounts for convenience. We’ll be sure to update the listing to provide clearer information on the TV and internet setup. Thank you again for your helpful suggestions. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!
