1. Unauthorized early Check-In will be an additional $20. 2. Unauthorized late Check-out will be an additional $20 and $10 for each hour that passes.
3. Absolutely NO PARTY. Any violation guest will be charged $300 along with other damages (if applicable). 4. No large gathering.
5. The appropriate amount of toiletries will be supplied and once they ran out the guest are responsible for any further supply.

Stayed here as a home base for a Mizzou football weekend. Easy drive up to Columbia and the house is in a great location that is easy to access. House was very clean and comfortable for our weekend stay.

The place was a great location, and it was very clean, and nice. In a nice neighborhood that seemed safe. The kitchen was not well stocked, and you should not expect that you will have what you need if you intend to do any sort of cooking.The owner was extremely responsive, and the instructions were easy to follow.

Great last minute find

We had another VRBO fall through and had to find an option fast. Saw this one and it fit the bill for what we needed. Location was great for us and met our needs. Owner was quick to respond when there were issues and everything matched the online description. The only thing we would have wanted would be access to a washer and dryer, but it wasn't on the listing, so we weren't upset that it wasn't there. Will definitely look at this property again for future family visits.
