This allows us to maintain a clean, safe environment for all travelers. Unfortunately, you did not disclose that you were bringing pets and chose to bypass the pet fee. This is not only against our policy, but it also creates additional cleaning and allergy concerns for future guests. Additionally, our cleaning team reported and documented significant staining on the linens, including what appeared to be blood. These items had to be discarded and replaced. We take great pride in providing a clean and comfortable space, and we stand by the findings of our professional cleaning staff. We always strive to provide a welcoming experience, and open communication helps us do that. We encourage all guests to review our policies carefully and reach out with any questions before arrival. We’re always happy to accommodate reasonable requests when given the opportunity.
