Great place on the river - quiet, easy access to river, house well-appointed and comfortable. Appreciated fast wifi since no cell coverage. Truly a get away place!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Quail House. The place was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into, and it worked great for us with an active toddler. The fenced yard was a lifesaver, and the property felt safe and relaxed for a family. The riverfront setting is so peaceful. Jackie was easy to communicate with and clearly takes great care of the house. We will definitely stay again and would recommend it to families looking for a great kid-friendly place to unwind.

Why they chose this property
This stretch of the Klamath River is rural, peaceful, and wild. The neighborhood is quiet and remote, with soaring cliffs in two directions, starry nights, and the soothing sound of the river in the backyard. What I enjoy most is the feeling of truly getting away from it all. Whether you're fishing, hiking, riding e-bikes or just sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee, it's a place that makes you slow down, breathe deep, and feel grounded.
What makes this property unique
This property sits right on the newly restored Klamath River — once dammed, now running free for the first time in over a century.
Unmatched river access. Launch right from the backyard. It’s comfortable without being fancy, lived in without feeling gross. A perfect basecamp for outdoor lovers, or a quiet escape for anyone who just wants to hear themselves think.
